Empathetic, kind staff
The gentleman I spoke to answered the phone in a very helpful friendly manner. This helped me feel that he had time for me and I wasn't made to feel hurried like other companies do.
I was treat with respect and kindness throughout the conversation which is always the case when I need to get in touch. We are going through a very tough time at home and it's always hard to explain our situation but each time I've had to get in touch with yourselves I've been met with empathy and understanding. Really appreciated. Makes you not scared to ring back ;)

My mortgage is coming to an end…
My mortgage is coming to an end November 2026. It was a 20 years mortgage.
This company brought my mortgage from the company we took the mortgage out with. Something I’ve never heard of. It’s a repayment only.
Unfortunately our insurance doesn’t even cover the amount owed.
The original mortgage company said we could extend it by 10 years. Engage claim it says nothing about it in the contract we signed.
So now I get multiple phone calls, letters, emails per weeks, asking when I’m moving out and how I plan to pay them. I have still got six months before it needs paying.
My children who have since the mortgage was taken out are married. They signed they wouldn’t claim squatters rights when we took the mortgage out. I would be weary of using this company
