The customer service at Engravers Guild was superb. I used their ashes jewellery service for a ring with my mothers ashes in (possibly a bit weird, I know) and because the stones weren’t quite the colour I ordered they offered me several solutions including a full refund. I cannot fault them and will definitely order from them again. In my opinion it doesn’t matter if you make a mistake, it’s how you resolve that mistake that counts.

I ordered an engraved whisky tumbler, that when received had a minor error in the engraving. I contacted customer services and was informed that a replacement item would be dispatched within 24 hours free of charge. The new glass arrived on schedule with the error corrected. Excellent customer service, and this has not put me off purchasing from this company in the future.

I ordered a pendant type chain for my friend birthday . He loved his . His colleagues loved it . Engraving is lovely , and quality. As a first time customer I will be coming back. Ordered on a Sunday , with 2-3 day shipping and came on Tuesday.

I was looking for an engraved Rum glass as a retirement gift. Loads of choice on line but with poor reviews .

I ordered a beautifully engraved totem pendent, but upon arrival the chain I ordered wasn’t what I hoped for. I contacted customer service and they were so quick to respond and offer a resolution. The delivery at every stage was incredibly quick. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered an anniversary tankard for an MC, friends of ours. I wrote the text but then emailed them to change it and in the confusion, I received a tankard that had the wrong text. I contacted EG who made a new one, sent it by courier as time was of the essence and all ended well. Now, it was as much my fault as theirs but the sign of a great company is that they put the customers needs first. Such a rare thing nowadays and for that alone, it’s 5 stars+ from me…and the tankard looked great too!

I was looking for something to give my wife for our 15th (Crystal) wedding anniversary.
I looked at many online frames, both Ebay and Amazon, and this looked far better quality.
I wasn't disappointed, there was definitely a personal touch, engraving quality is great, comes in a box, very well packed, and the card that came with it, with my own message on it, finished it off nicely.
My wife loved it, and it now hangs on the wall.
I would certainly recommend this product and company, and would definitely use again.

Recently purchased a glass for a 90th birthday. We are delighted with the final product - glass was good quality, engraving perfect & very elegant, personalised gift box excellent & delivery was 'on time' & well within time scale.
An additional benefit was that they also picked up that I'd inadvertently duplicated my order. They contacted me, cancelled the order & refunded the duplicated payment.
They are a very reputable & professional organisation.

Thais and the team were fantastic. I needed engraved hip flasks for my groomsmen. The writing was more than what is allowed on the website so I emailed and got a quick response with the custom requests shown as an attachment. I then received the gifts a few days later. Would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered an engraved glass tankard as an 18th birthday gift for my grandson. The engraving is just lovely, service and delivery was about the best you can get. Ordered two engraved Dartington crystal Swarovski gin glasses. They arrived within the two day period promised. One of them was smashed to pieces, probably by Royal Mail.
Customer service replied promptly to my email and promised to replacement which was put in the post the same day. Customer service and after sales our 2nd to none and the product that we received was better than we expected. Enough said.

We've had a few personalised engraved gifts from this company. The gifts are gorgeous, engraved beautiful. Presentation boxes wonderful. . I would highly recommend this company. They kept me informed with progress etc Delivered on time l

There was a small error in the engraving on a personalised photo frame ordered for my daughter's wedding gift. Maddie in Customer Services very promptly replied to my email and was most apologetic, offering to send another frame out that afternoon for next day delivery. The second frame arrived as promised the following day and it is perfect - my daughter and her new husband absolutely love it and can't wait to choose one of their official wedding photos to display in their beautiful oak frame. I cannot recommend Engravers Guild highly enough, both for the service provided and the quality of the product.

Ordered pocket watch engraved for my son’s wedding day present. Package arrived via Royal Mail and cardboard packaging empty, either came out during delivery process or taken? Inside apology bag from Royal Mail. I emailed EG customer contact and explained how upset I was as a present for wedding that week. Lovely email sent by them saying they would send replacement straight out and would be with me next day, which it was. Watch is amazing and great quality. Double hunter pocket watch chrome plated. Definitely recommend and cannot wait for my son to see it. Excellent customer service, which is only known when you have a problem.
