I ordered an engraved whiskey tumbler for a 60th gift . Unfortunately, when it arrived the glass was damaged . I was disappointed because the product itself and the presentation was beautiful and I doubted getting a replacement in the time needed .
Engravers Guild, jumped on the ‘problem’ - no hesitation to replace , which they did within a couple of days .
I highly recommend this company not only for the quality of their products but also their customer service . Such kindness and efficiency .I felt that they really wanted me to be a satisfied customer and me to have the best experience of buying from them .

I gave the wrong delivery address, totally my fault. My email was replied to promptly and very politely, my error fixed, and my beautiful solid silver cuff bracelet arrived, engraved, beautifully packaged, within days.

The customer service was exceptional. My package went awry and was not delivered on time and even though it was not the fault of the company, they sent a replacement item at no extra cost. It's great to see such customer service this day and age and the item was very well received.

Our gift tankard was of excellent quality, very well packaged and presented and within the promised time scale for delivery.

The only reason for not awarding 5 points is that EGL feels that placing an order is carte blanche for sending daily advertisements.

I’ve received the engraved tumbler now & it is just right: very good quality glass, correctly engraved & beautifully packaged.
