We paid £139 for a gold pebble necklace to hold ashes. This arrived in good time but with no kit to fill it. Not huge problem but would rather not had to chase it. However once reported kit hadn’t arrived it was sent quickly and necklace is beautiful. They also took on board feedback regarding something extra in that kit for putting ashes in funnel which is appreciated.

I ordered 2 photo frames. They are lovely. Beautiful writing. Fast delivery. Well packaged. I ordered 1 special box for a present. It is well worth the extra money

This is a beautiful pocket watch for a 21st birthday gift. As well as being delighted with the gift I am so impressed by the excellent service I have received when contacting the company.

I order a personalised whisky glass in copper for my husband on our anniversary. I was worried that I had left an engraved gift a little too late to buy, so I quickly ordered what I thought was perfect but forgot to include a line of engraving. I sent an email on the same day of ordering and my order was efficiently amended to the correct wording, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was delivered (within 2 days) so in plenty of time for wrapping and presenting the gift on time, PHEW!!! I was made up with the locket I ordered and when I had a slight issue a few months on, Engravers Guild went above and beyond to resolve it super swiftly. Couldn’t ask for more from them.

I purchased a beautiful locket from Lovelox in commemoration of my wonderful husband. I chose the gold locket with the birthday flower inscribed on the front. I was able to attach two photographs of my husband to my order and I had a meaningful inscription on the back. The photographs were inserted into the locket for me. just wanted to say how happy I am with the necklace I recieved today. I had it done for my daughters birthday in Oct. She had a daughter in Feb and wanted something nice but simple to mark her birth and wear daily.
