Great Property that gave plenty of space to everyone in my group. Proximity to everything was awesome. Went to cubs game, rush show, museums and boat rides and everything was close. Property well maintained and safe and Anthony was always there for us and was a rockstar! Views were excellent too!

The studio apartment that we booked with ENVITAE was freshly cleaned, nicely stocked with towels and linens, bed was comfortable with very clean limbering with additional blankets. The apartment was in a great location with restaurants, shopping, a brewery and 2 coffee shops within a 3 block walking distance. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a nice, quiet, clean place to stay in Chicago. Everything with ENITAE was handled via email and text, responses were always quick!

Envitae were great. Easy to deal with and very prompt with response. Can not find fault with them.

The property was exactly as described. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to other small families or couples.

★★☆☆☆ A Disappointing Return

This property used to be one of my favorite places to stay in Chicago, which makes writing this review especially disappointing. The lack of communication was...epic.

The Good

The apartments are spacious and offer much more room than a traditional hotel.

Each bedroom has its own thermostat, which worked very well for our family since everyone sleeps at a different temperature.

The location is excellent and convenient to downtown attractions.

The booking process should be reasonable if you plan to text & email.

The Bad

Self-check-in is convenient when everything works as intended. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. What should have been a simple drive from Cincinnati moving our daughter to her new apartment turned into a viciously stressful ordeal trying to gain access to the unit while enroute, given that half of our party arrived early. When self-check-in fails, the lack of readily available support becomes painfully obvious, and resolving even basic issues is far more difficult than it should have been.

The biggest trade-off is space versus service. You get an apartment instead of a traditional hotel room, but there is essentially no guest service. If you need something as simple as extra blankets or pillows for the futon, there isn't anyone readily available to help.

After taxes and fees, our stay was over $500 per night. At that price point, I expected a better-maintained unit and enough bedding for every advertised sleeping space.

The queen beds were simply uncomfortable. VERY uncomfortable. They offered very little cushioning, offering a difficult time getting a comfortable night's sleep. The bed frames also slide across the vinyl flooring when you push against the edge getting in or out of bed.

There were no extra blankets or pillows provided for the futon.

The Ugly

I documented numerous pre-existing issues immediately upon arrival, including a stained and worn rug, scuffed walls and baseboards, damaged drywall, and a cracked window. I strongly recommend photographing and videoing the entire unit as soon as you arrive and reporting any existing damage before unpacking.

I don't believe a $1,000 pet deposit aligns with what most travelers would consider "pet friendly." For many families, a deposit of that size is simply prohibitive.

Overall, this property offers plenty of space in a great location, but the condition of the unit, the lack of guest support when problems arise, and the overall value simply did not match the price we paid.

We stayed as a family of four (two teenagers) and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everyone had their own room and it was great to have laundry and a kitchen. You are close to shops, restaurants, and the subway (easy walk and short ride to downtown). The common spaces were a great perk: outdoor terrace with fire pit, grills, and lots of seating and an indoor fitness center. Communication was seamless and easy! We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location in Lincoln Park was fantastic.

Awesome location. Quick walking distance to stores, resturants, train station and many things. Nice building, clean, good neighborhood and our unit was modern and very comfortable. Loved staying here. We were a group of 6.

We loved staying at this apartment in Arlington, VA. It was the perfect home base for my family to explore Washington DC. It was spacious, clean, close to restaurants/bars/Target, and a short walk to the Metra. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to DC!

I would give 5/5 for the communication and amazing service i received from this company. I was traveling with my 1 yr old infant and they were so accommodating to provide me with high chair, and pack and play! Full kitchen with everything, teo wonderful bathroom and just everything was so great! Only thing was that you have to pay all upfront including like deposit, the washing machine + dryer were not working, and you had to throw your own trash at the end of stay which is bit difficult when you are a tourist..

My experience staying in Baltimore was great and I really love the area that we stayed in. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean. Booking answered my question right away every time. I would definitely recommend booking.com and this property.

My family really enjoyed staying at ENVITAE. The room clean, big and everything is very accessible. It was a very quick check in and check out. I give it 10/10.

Excellent service provided. Luxury apartment was fitted with all the amenities as promised. Very clean apartment. I had a unit on the 9th floor and it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Very good AC with additional fan in bedroom. Will definitely come back!!

We stayed at ENVITAE's apartment in the Broderick Tower in downtown Detroit, just 2 BLOCKS! from Comerica Park. It is an amazing 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment with what I believe was a queen size and king size bed to sleep in with amazing views of the city facing directly towards the stadiums. We honestly were a little surprised that the apartment was 2 floors and that we could enter through either floor. The layout is very easy to understand with the spiral staircase connecting the bottom floor(kitchen, living room and half bath) with the top floor(2 bedrooms and a full bathroom connecting the 2 bedrooms). The owner Jason who we booked with through Airbnb was super friendly and helpful with getting us set up with our host Aliyah, who was an absolutely lovely lady. She was incredibly helpful with getting us all set up in the place and very kind, reassuring us that if there was anything we needed or anything she could help with, she would provide. Overall we had an incredible experience and will definitely be looking forward to staying with them again in future trips!

Ben was very helpful and responsive to all questions we had during our stay. The location had a great view and was exactly what it was advertised to be.

853 West Blackhawk in Chicago was nice and clean, but offered few amenities beyond the basics. It's a good, central location and we walked to lots of places to eat. It took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to Old Town and about an hour to walk up to Wrigleyville for the Cubs game.

4 rooms with ample room for at least queen beds, but for some reason only had doubles, so sleeping 8 guys was a challenge, with 3 of us on the floor. The laundry was used for towels, but the dryer was slow and not very effective in actually drying them. It was also rather expensive, so I'd go about 3.5 stars

This was a great place for our family of five. Loved the views of the city, and we were close to everything.

The location was excellent! A great apartment with many amenities! Loved staying near Inner Harbor. The pool, lounge and rooftop deck are amazing! The hosts were easy to contact and we were able to extend our stay at a very reasonable rate.
