O apartamento ultra confortável, oferece itens que agregam bastante e tornaram a estadia super agradável. Camas ótimas, roupas de cama e toalhas, utensílios de cozinha e muito mais! Se voltar a Chicago certamente ficaremos lá novamente!

Our large family group had a great experience using the 4 bedroom apartment as our base when we attended a downtown college graduation. The location was great for getting around on public transportation after parking our cars in a convenient nearby garage. The apartment was well appointed, but could’ve used more bathroom conveniences, like a hairdryer in each bathroom, more toilet paper, and linens. The Envitae team was very responsive to questions ahead of time and my deposit was promptly refunded. Overall an excellent experience.

Amazing service, communication and responsiveness through the whole process from check in to check out. Apartment is beautiful and clean with a smart tv, working kitchen, washer/dryer and stocked with essentials. Building feels brand new with a clean gym and amenities as well. Location is convenient and can’t stress the level of service and convenience enough.

The location was great. We were in the middle of everything. Not far from where we had to go. The facilities were clean and safe. The area we were in wasn’t bad. The front staff of the building could’ve been more attentive and engaging.

The ENVITAE team provided amazing, lightning-fast communication, even securing last-minute parking for us in minutes. The rental we stayed at was reasonably priced, modern, super comfortable (especially the beds!), and features great views of Capitol Park. Plus, the location is unbeatable—we walked everywhere, from the River Walk to great restaurants and casual spots. Easy garage access was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here in Chicago! Stayed with a group of 5 friends, and the space worked out perfectly for our group. The location was excellent and in a nice neighborhood - we saw a show at the IO theatre just a couple minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We used the kitchen for a couple breakfasts, and it was well-appointed and had what we needed.
Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. The host provided us with a lot of things people don’t normally provide you with. The apartment is very conveniently located, close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay. Location was excellent: lots of shops, restaurants, bars in this new up and coming neighborhood. Felt very safe. The building and condo were new, clean, fresh, safe and quiet. The condo had comfortable beds, pillows, living area. Fully equipped. Immaculate. Communication was fast and easy.

My sister and I stayed at one of the Airbnb this weekend. It was very spacious, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Traveled here for work and it was just what our small team needed. There are enough bathrooms for everyone and a common space to bring our takeout after a long day. Very accessible and safe! Enjoyed the workspace downstairs as well. The virtual assistant was really helpful as well for any questions we had during the stay. Would stay again!

We had three people staying in a two bedroom for two nights while we attended a concert at The Salt Shed and spent some time downtown. I found this location was really a hidden gem! The area is great for shopping, food, and coffee. We we were able to easily take the train or ride share to get anywhere we needed within a reasonable amount of time.
The space itself felt secure, clean, and well taken care of throughout. We had some confusion initially entering the building. Three groups arrived at once and it just took us a moment to locate the keypad. I would note it is adjacent to the larger call pad that list residents names. There are no obvious numbers on it until you touch it to enter the code. Once we figured that out, everything else was very easy to access.
We would definitely stay again and felt it was a great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, well stocked.
