Worst telecommunication company in the island.
While travelling to France, had a stop in Geneva, I did not turn on the cellular data until crossed the border, the same minute (probably less) received sms that I was charged €50 for a usage of 115mb (impossible).
It is important to mention it is the 2nd time it happens to me, the first time I requested to block the option and the representative confirmed it will not happen again. Now I was charged again.
Most unprofessional company, poor representatives working there and needs to suffer from angry clients due to company’s scam plans. Definitely will be my last time.
Additionally to over charges, I requested the explanation of each MB data used (after the first charge), still did not receive (it was in May 23).
Additionally to that, the cover of cellular data is way worst than Cyta!
STAY AWAY from this company as much as possible, will save you lots of money, anger and wasted time.

Unclear rules, very unprofessional . The plans are "discounted" a lot (like 70 percent) on paper so you if you dont renew your subscription they can charge you 70 perccent more.

Experienced the dumbest, most unhelpful customer 'support', where they wouldn't even just acknowledge their mistake and apologise for it. Teach your staff basic customer service skills and instead of sending generic responses, maybe they should forward issues to upper management

FRAUD and unresponsible company
I paid for call and internet data in first day. After one week i didnt know that my data was expired cuz noone in the store in mall of cyprus was willing to explain anything to thr customer !! !the staff there were not helpful at all !! After one week when i toped up for another 5 euros for JUST calls , it was disappeared In seconds !!! and they told me you shouldnt have turned your data on !!! So alll my telephone charge was disappeared !!! Its all a FRAUD company !!! Be careful !!!

I am a customer for the last 13 years the account is wrong name from the beginning does not have any legal substance from their side, and I request to change the name to the correct name and i want to make a renewal i am not allowed to any new device by month…

Their internet does not have good coverage. slow and sometimes no signal at all
Avoid! Opt for Cyta instead
- The information I received from their agents instore did not match the plan that I signed
- My mobile plan should be unlimited, as confirmed by the instore agents, but, alas, it's for 154 GB monthly*
- Their staff blatantly lied saying that the price of the plan would never change and that if I wanted to terminate the contract I just needed to pay a 1 month penalty.
- Their prices rose more than 8% to "match inflation" and, instead of sending a proper email or an SMS, like any serious company does, they just added a tiny note to a tiny square to one of their digital invoices
- Their network keeps going down. I can't have a proper conversation online because it just keeps getting disconnected
- Setting up the mobile Internet was an absolute nightmare: their team didn't even know what APN to use
Here I am now, stuck with a 2 year contract with a nasty service. Never again!
For anyone reading this, please, go for Cyta instead. A little more expensive but the product and service don't even compare.
* Dear Epic team, here's the official definition of unlimited, in the dictionary, since you seem to be confused:
1. lacking any controls: unrestricted, unlimited access

Recommended me as a foreign tourist a contract for 19.99
Invoiced me every month for 27 euros and when I had to return, I accidentally thought of closing my account (I just wanted to throw out my SIM card or leave it until the next visit), they told me in the office that I need to pay penalty for closing, because “the contract is for 2 years at least”. As**oles
And I asked what if I will just leave and lose my sim - they answered that It will affect my credit story in EU and on my passport will be debt. WHAT
Crazy crazy crazy
And in support they don’t solve cases, just repeat in every office, every assistant, online and offline the same script: “contract is for 2 years at least”, when they recommended to foreigner this contract themselves. It was impossible to accomplish, because every tourist has only 90 days on Cyprus.

The company is experiencing stagnation and lack of professional staff. Very unclear online store policy, delivery delays and ever-changing rules. Having ordered and paid for, for example, a product marked as "in stock", I have not received it for 2 days already, asking a question in support, I received an answer that in 1-2 days I will be contacted regarding my order. 4 days after payment for the goods in stock in order to receive a written response about the order? 21 century! Epic should be trading tomatoes on the market with this approach, not high-tech gadgets ..... Sad ..
