Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

Customer service needs to improve
Fees were increased, though never claimed. Customer service not the best, no prepaid envelopes provided to return docs. Use of electronic documents would improve experience, cost and experience. Expect I will not use this company again.

Fair with regular renewal reminders.
Lots of reminders for renewal via phone calls, a fair but non-negotiable price. Lots of paper work which could be emailed as an alternative - I did request paperless services but apparently they are not an option.

Affordable (ish) policies.
I’ve been with Equesure a number of years.
I’ve always found them to be helpful and able to source an affordable policy. However, I have found in todays climate, everything is more expensive!!
