I normally hesitate when buying lighting online but this order worked out well. Delivery updates were consistent and the packaging protected everything properly. The lamp matched the photos and adds character to the room without dominating the space. I would happily order from Essaro again.
The pendant lamp was exactly the finishing touch my living room needed. It gives off a beautiful warm glow and looks far more expensive than it was.
The outdoor lights have a clean modern appearance and feel much sturdier than the ones they replaced. They provide plenty of light around the entrance while still creating a welcoming look.
The whole experience felt more premium than I expected. The website was clear and payment was simple. The package arrived carefully protected. Once installed the glass lamp created the soft inviting glow I had been hoping for. The three year warranty makes the purchase even more reassuring.
The wall lamp looks great now, but my delivery was delayed for over a week without any updates. Customer support apologized and kept me informed once I contacted them. In the end everything arrived safely and the quality is very good.

There are plenty of attractive lights online but many feel disappointing once they arrive. This ceiling lamp was the opposite. It feels solid and the details are carefully finished. The light fills the room evenly and the price felt fair for the quality.
Masquerading as a Dutch business but ships direct from China. Good takes several weeks to arrive and broken in box, very poor customer services and trying to get out of refunding. awful experience.

My order arrived earlier than expected and the lamp looked exactly like the photos. The finish is beautiful and the quality exceeded my expectations.
I was excited when my pendant light arrived, but unfortunately the glass shade had a small crack. I contacted customer support right away and they responded much faster than I expected. They arranged a replacement without making the process complicated. The new lamp arrived in perfect condition and looks beautiful in my dining room. The issue was disappointing, but I appreciate how professionally they handled it.
