My situation is still pending but I bought 2 bras and they do not fit. When I looked up how to return, I followed the instructions and it sent an email message to the company. They replied but tried to talk me into an exchange, siting that it would cost me money 💰 because of all the shipping fees so I should exchange. I replied back stating that I want a full return and no other size would be helpful, and they replied back with a link to print a return label but there were so many caveats listed in their reply, I am not confident things will work out. I am incredibly nervous to send back something I paid for with no real guarantee that they will refund me correctly or even at all. I will create another review as things progress. Grrrrrrr

Sizing is terrible for one thing. The return policy stinks and I will never do business with them again.
I ordered 2 bras with the total coming to $80, neither bra fits at all. They'll replace one or I guess I could pay to return them. Either way I'm going to be out money. This company clearly doesn't care about keeping customers.

The bra material is not bad but they do not work for big bust sizes. My bust size is 16 DD and anytime I bend to pick up something my breasts fall out of the bra. Cannot wear it outside, just in the home. The bra with underwire poked into my chest. They are expensive so I would not recommend.

Clasp on front closing bras break. All 3 of my relatively new bras have broken. Customer service advised to get it fixed by a tailor! Disappointed- will not buy again and have advised my friends not to buy either as I had recommended Essenther to them. Buy a reputable brand in store rather than this substandard quality! Customer service terrible!!!

Currently waiting to get a reply about my return/refund request. If this happens I will return to update this review with more stars.

I'm not sure what's up with all the bad reviews... I am super impressed with both the bodysuits and customer service I received.

The bodysuits are the PERFECT material. So sleek, comfortable and classy. I will be using this company moving forward. I had the Kmart luxe bodysuits and these are similar but way better!

I also had to change my order from M to S and update the email address, I got a very quick response and they updated my order before shipping.

So confused about all bad reviews! Im on my third order from them. The price is on point, quality good so far two years later! Sizing on point! I order from their US website if that matters. Highly recommend. Material is on thinner side, not plush like victoria secret bras, but this is were the price comes in! I rather have 2 bras for price of one from victoria secret. Also like the thinner material due to less warmth.

Their customer service is as bad as their bras. Both bras have broken within three months, and there's nothing they can do about it (eye roll). Shop elsewhere!

I found this company earlier this year. I was searching for a Racerback bra in particular & that is when I came across Essenther. I have been highly delighted with these bras. My experiences with Essenther have all been positive. Since I purchased my first bra I have purchased more & will continue to do so in the future. Lovely comfortable bras, very good quality & reasonable prices too.

I ordered directly from company, not Amazon. Don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. I have placed 3 orders, all delivered on time or earlier. Bras are outstanding. True to size, comfortable, great quality and affordable. I’d give the company and product more than 5 stars if I could. Bravo!

Terrible. Bras are 4 sizes smaller than listed and now not getting a response for a refund. Total scam

Bought two bras through Amazon from this company only a few months ago. Both bras the under wire has snapped right in the middle. The wire pokes through the material and the ends have no plastic protector so the raw wire sticks into your skin. Wouldn't buy these again don't last

DO NOT BUY THE MINIMIZER STRAPLESS BRA. I wore this only for one day (with the straps) and ended up with blisters caused by the silicon. No idea how this happened - the material is clearly not safe. Also can’t seem to find an option for a full refund/money back guarantee.

Wow . I absolutely love this company. I did have a little issue but They sorted it without any fuss what so ever . They were so helpful and professional. The bras are so comfortable and fit perfectly. I’m now on my 3rd order and I can honestly say I will be ordering again. If your big busted like me . Then I recommend this company. I ordered the underwire miniserie 40-DD it’s that good I have it in 3 colours. It’s 5 stars from me.

Don’t order from this site. Wrong bra was shipped and they won’t cover return fee or send shipping label.

I purchased 3 bra just over 30days ago
I loved the Bras but in s short time the front clasp broke rendering them useless. I did buy new clasps on Amazon and sewed them on myself. I contacted seller but they told me I was outside the 30 day return. NOT Happy.

Whilst the bras that I purchased were excellent to start with, after only 3 wears the front clasp broke on one of them. I contacted them expecting great customer care only to be told that as it had been purchased over 30 days previously, I was not entitled to a refund or replacement. I would have expected a guarantee to be more than 30 days on a bra - and certainly the quality to withstand more than 3 wears - DO NOT PURCHASE unless you like throwing money away!

The bra didn’t fit even though I measured using their fitting guide and it’s very basic and flimsy and won’t give any support.
Asked to return and they keep saying I can keep that bra and they will send me another one. I said I don’t want another one and they are going backwards and forth with emails saying now that I can keep the bra for a 50% discount.
They want to keep my money at all costs. Goes to show how little they cost to make.
Still waiting for a return address from them. I will be going to PayPal if they don’t refund me.

Wouldn't buy from here again. Order 2 of the cross back bras and got 2 of something completely different.
