Avoid at all cost and stay away from their Bra collection.
Sever mismatch of sizes and incorrect size chart. Insist of a full refund and don’t let them playing with you and offer partial refund/ replacement. Shameful company!!

Terrible, my leotard just arrived today and it is covered in mould. The cardboard attached was also mouldy too.

This company are hopeless to contact. I’ve sent numerous emails to request a return for a bra I purchased that was a poor fit and unsuitable for purpose.

I’ve given up after no response to my emails and direct message on the website.

So I have made a purchase that I can’t return for refund.

Very bad customer service and I most definitely would not recommend this company.

I shan’t order from them again.

The front opening bras are useless. They come undone anytime they are worn and the company refuse to listen to the feedback. I would have continued to buy bras from them because other bras are ok but not happy with poor customer service and accountability

I brought, what I thought was my size but when received, too small. Email communication was good and they offered to send another size free of charge and to keep the smaller one.
Delivery was only a few days. New size fits perfectly, nil issues with opening the clasp, the bra is very supportive especially the back. Will be purchasing another.

I would not be as stupid as to buy anything from these people ever again because there is a fundamental floor in the class on their bras and they are literally impossible to do up even off you let alone on and yet they do not claim any responsibility and have you pay the postage to return something? So if you want to completely waste your money and email a company that really doesn’t care at all then go ahead and waste your money and buy something from them.

I bought a front closure bra. The metal clip broke after only wearing it several times. I emailed the company with a photo of the faulty clip and asked for a replacement. They advised as it had been over 30 days they would not replace the item.

I really must learn to read reviews before purchasing online! I bought a front fastening bra which arrived eventually to the UK about 10 days later. The front metal fastener just will not open no matter what I tried, and I did try!! To be fair they have responded to my emails and sent me little videos of how to open, but to no avail! They have offered me a replacement without returning the bra, so we will see what happens! More later!

Should have known better. Next time I will read reviews before I buy. The bra itself is really comfortable but unfortunately the front clasp broke. Asked for it to be replaced as I had only worn it half a dozen times. There policy is after 30 days don’t want to know about it. Stay away from this site. That's just not good enough

Will not buy again, the bra is great, but the front clasp broke only after 2 or 3 months and they refuse to send a refund, new bra or even a new clasp. I am so disappointed, as a larger bra size this bra was so comfortable, but they are standing by their "not their problem after 30 days" policy. This is such bad business, but speaks volumes about the quality of the product.

Front closure snap is fused!! Will NOT open… hopefully I will get a response from customer service!!! Was looking forward to perhaps a new bra line :/

Bought 2 Racerback bras 7 October. No confirmation email received but payment immediately charged to me credit card. Support messages do not send confirmation emails or provide a confirmation number. Have to dispute via my bank now. This smells scammy.

I ordered 3 bras Full Coverage Wireless Unlined Bras - I was worried after reading the reviews and figured I’d just wasted my money - I live in QLD Australia. I couldn’t be more wrong this story has a happy ending! The bras arrived in 7 days they are beautiful quality, just so lovely even the hook and eyes are gorgeous - super modern, great coverage - I’m so relieved and so happy. Fit is true to size. I will definitely order more now I have seen the great quality and quick delivery. I was also worried they would be too thin being unlined but better than my other bras I have bought from major department stores locally. TBH I am 100% happy.

How do I put this front closure bra on when the clasp won't open??

3 Front close bras clasp broke so now useless. Would have been great if they lasted longer than 2 weeks. Thought I’d found the miracle bra. Not Australian as advertised. As I didn’t contact them can’t return. Offered me a 30% refund when I complained - not seen that as yet. Don’t buy.

I have been buying the front closing bra for the past year from Essenther.au /delimira.au, I have 7 of these bras in varying colours. I find them exceptionally comfortable and will keep buying. I find sometimes the hooks come undone and the bottom elastic curls. I know they come out of Hong Kong, and dont plan to try and do returns as I imagine it wont be easy. Maybe these bras are not the best bras, and the elastic and fabric is on the cheap side, but for me..I actually love them. I never feel it on when im wearing it..

Essenther returns policy states that you email them to request a return in order that they provide the return address (within 2-3 business days).
However the return address is not provided and they offer to replace the item free of charge "in another sizes or colors" and you can keep the original purchase.
On further negotiation with the Hong Kong representative via email, a Melbourne address is provided, and the choice to return or take up the replacement offer.
Perhaps there was some confusion but obviously the process is not as straight forward as it should be.

Clothes arrived quickly and are lovely. But I need to return, and that is done by emailing a request. I did that 3 days ago and no response yet. Frustrating
