underwear (high cut) paper thin , huge and totally unwearable

Never buy from them. Bought a wrong size and wanted a refund and the story changed. Their website states they will send you a refund address and you can send the items back; however, they didn’t want to send that and wanted to send me 3 items that weren’t even the size I wanted.

Thank God I paid with PayPal and was able to raise a dispute which prompted them to eventually send the return address. After posting the item back, they then said I have to close the PayPal case for them to refund me.. another lie… I sent them proof on PayPals site that says an open dispute doesn’t stop a refund from being processed, then they responded saying they would charge a case processing fee for them to refund me through PayPal and that if I close the case it would be easier for them. Another lie…

I have escalated things with PayPal and hope they can sort things out but save yourself from stress and never order from this site. Site seems legit but it’s just cheaply made products. Not worth it!!!

They won't return your items. I sent my items back and they still didn't give me a refund. The items were still tagged and unworn. This is an Asian scam site. It looks legit but it's not. Don't buy!

UPDATE: I did eventually receive a reply and was able to return item, I'm sure paying with PayPal helped in this process, refund was prompt.

ORIGINAL: I have shopped with Essenther before and had no problem returning items and receiving a refund. This latest time though I received an email stating they would send out a replacement item 'free of charge' instead of returning the item for a refund. Considering I dislike the original item, I certainly don't want another one. Their website says 30 Day Returns, I really hate these dodgy practices. I won't be shopping with them again. Luckily I paid with PayPal and hopefully they will sort it out.

The packaging was 100% drop-shipped. The underwear is SO thin. The bra I got was OK quality, hence the 2 stars instead of 1, but overall, it's not worth the price if you don't get a ridiculous sale.

One of the best bras ive ever had!! Purchasing another one. I don't know why everyone carries on that they r in China, where do you think all your underwear comes from!!??

Bra clasp snapped after about 10 wears and customer support only offer 30 days return period, even for faulty items! Would not recommend

Please do not purchase from this company. It’s just another Chinese front. I purchased 4 bras wanting to try different sizes and styles. I did this thinking that I could return items with no hassle as per the Essenther website. All 4 bras were the wrong size and 1 broke the first time I put it on (snap at front centre is far too flimsy). I email support regarding a return and refund. 2 days later I receive an email saying that “as postage cost high we offer 2 replacement bras in different size and you do not return the ones you have”. The email is written in broken English and they want to start bargaining with me. I told them I want to return for a full refund as per their website policies. I am still waiting on an answer 3 days later. $170 down the drain and I have 1 broken bra and 3 that don’t fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Seems I am having the same problem as others!
The front clip bra broke I think I wore the bra maybe 8 times? They told me 30 day policy ! Bad business
The mesh across the back is also hot to wear in summer

First purchase was fine, good front fastening bra, perfect for what I needed so I bought 4 more.
Every single one of the bras broke within 8 weeks. The front fastening clasp has snapped.
Essenther are refusing a refund or exchange quoting their 30 day exchange policy. There is no policy on faulty goods. Faulty goods should be allowed to be returned within 6 months according to the consumer act but this company doesn’t adhere to that.
They think it’s fine for a bra to last a couple of weeks and then break. So I’m out of pocket and have 4 totally unwearable bras.

The posture front opening bras are perfect if you order the right size cup/don't need padding. The company replaced them with another design of my choice in a smaller size, the T shirt Racer back bra, and it fits beautifully. Very courteous and efficient service.

DO NOT BUY THESE BRAS. I purchased the front closing razorback ones. The plastic clasp broke in one after 11 months so I took a punt and purchased a second hoping it was just bad luck and the plastic clasp broke on this one AFTER 8 WEEKS! Two perfectly good bras rendered useless. I emailed about repairs or replacement and was told they can’t do anything after 30 days. DO NOT BUY THESE DODGY products. They do not last, are so cheaply made and are a waste of money.

I'm just reading these reviews and I'm shocked at the bad reviews. I'm glad I never read them prior to ordering and maybe I just chose the right bra.
I'm an average 36H depending on style and a size 16.
I took my chances on seeing a Facebook advert as for years I have searched for a front fastening bra and I've spent far too much £ on wasted bras.
My order took 1 week to arrive and I put it on straight away. Seriously ..this bra is sooooo comfortable it was a relief to remove my branded, expensive bra.
The fit is perfect and my boobs look great.. lifted yet not pushed together ( almost like a bikini top fit ). There is no pressure on my back, the wide back strap compliments my back by showing no rolls of back fat and the shoulder straps are sitting gentle and not digging in alongside no awkward wires digging under the arms. The material is reasonably thick giving good support and the low plunge allows for low cut tops to be worn too which is a bonus. I have been praying to find a bra like this.
I'm hoping the quality of the bra lives up to my expectations of providing a good few months of wearing.
The larger well known bra companies need to take a tip from this review. I can't understand why they have not yet mastered your product in producing a bra of this quality when they are supposed to be experts.
I'm so excited to finally find a comfortable bra with the bonus of front fastening I have told all my big boobed girlfriends ..it's a must !!!
I will definitely be ordering more .. please don't disappoint in my future purchases.

STAY WELL AWAY - UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS

The bras are of a very cheap quality and the fit for a larger bust is appalling - gives a monoboob look if thats what you're after.
I tried to leave a poor review to reflect my experience and found it showed as pending, then disappeared. i was contacted and offered a 50% refund in return for my review not being published as they only allow 4 and 5 star reviews and nothing less. This is misleading business behaviour at best. I said I would only accept the refund if I could add that to my review and have it published but they refunded me anyway with still no sign of my review.

I bought everyday bras, normal back closure. They are excellent smooth fabric, comfortable and reasonably priced. Fortunately I did not have to return as they fitted well. I will buy again. They took longer to arrive than I would expect.

I've seen some reviews about XXL tights been to small. I'm a size 6 to 8 and sizes were perfect. Maybe those women complaining need to be honest about there size.

Pretty appalling I must say. Think they are very suspect and am putting this down to experience !!!! Just trying to get return instructions a nightmare and a web site that sends you round in circles. My advice is steer clear.
