When I received my order it was damaged. I email Spotlight and they responded very quickly. They apologise and replaced the damaged products within days. You can't ask for a better service than that. Do I need to say anything else. NO.

I still haven’t received the product
I still haven’t received the product, even though I was charged around €20 for delivery. The parcel was shipped from Ireland and only arrived in Bucharest today, more than 10 days later, and has now been assigned to Poșta Română for final delivery.
More than 10 days seems excessive for a delivery within the EU, especially considering the delivery fee.
My previous toothbrush stopped working after four years, and since I was very happy with it, I decided to order the same product again. Unfortunately, the delivery experience this time has been very disappointing. The courier chosen for deliveries in Romania has a well-known reputation for slow delivery times and generally poor service, which makes the relatively high shipping cost even harder to justify.
