Love Spotlight toothpaste and mouthwash they really clean the teeth and leave your mouth fresh. Ordering is easy with a good choice of products, plus the offers. I also like the the bundles for kids they make fab presents at Christmas.

Excellent customer service, I had an issue with my toothbrush not charging fully. After trying a couple of troubleshooting tips it still wouldn’t work so they sent me a new toothbrush. Fabulous!

Disappointed
“Created by dentists” but perhaps they should have left it to the design professionals. This toothbrush simply isn’t as good as other, slightly more expensive brands. It doesn’t indicate when the battery is running low, so often just stops mid-brush. It’s not ergonomic, so adjusting the brushing modes whilst brushing is fiddly, and the replacement heads are expensive.

Excellent After Sales care
I received a Spotlight toothbrush as a gift last year. At first, I had an issue with it charging, but I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a replacement charger with no hassle. That solved the problem straight away.
Unfortunately, this month my toothbrush stopped working completely and wouldn’t charge at all. I contacted support again, and once more they couldn’t have been more helpful. They asked no unnecessary questions and sent me a brand new replacement toothbrush the very next working day. It was even personalised, just like my original.
The customer service has been fantastic from start to finish. I highly recommend Spotlight—not only for their products but for their after-sales support. Thank you, Spotlight!
