I recently had an experience

I recently had an experience with Eunjae Store that was quite positive overall. Although my parcel initially went missing, the customer service team swiftly resolved the issue by upgrading my order, which I appreciated. I've purchased various items from their website, and their selection is impressive, catering to both fans and those buying gifts… I'm happy with the Illit backpack I ordered and look forward to shopping with them again for future gifts. everything always arrives quickly and well packaged, would definitely recommend.

I decided to buy 3 albums

I decided to buy 3 albums and they arrived within 1.5 weeks to the Switzerland, packaged extremely well and everything was in perfect condition. I had a friend order at the same time and theirs arrived perfectly too. Me and said friend have both made second orders on the site within the same month. Will 100% using over and over again.

I ordered my first ever

I ordered my first ever kpop album on this site and I'm beyond pleased. I also specified in the note to, if possible, choose an album with a Hyunjin photocard, and they did. No damages, no scars nothing was missing, recommend them!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM

ABSOLUTE SCAM - Do not give them your money!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed Order #231844 with Eunjae Store back in August 2025 and specifically paid extra for "Express Shipping," which promised delivery in 3-6 business days. It has now been over 8 months, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.

They took my money immediately, but the items were never shipped. Whenever I reached out to customer service to find out where my package was, I was strung along with ridiculous excuses. For months, they kept claiming my order was in the "final stage of preparation" or "final stages of dispatch."

When I finally demanded a cancellation and a full refund due to their failure to deliver, they had the audacity to refuse. They told me they could only issue a refund after I received and returned the package—a package they never even bothered to send in the first place!

Now, they don't even bother giving proper replies. They just send generic, automated responses saying they have "forwarded the matter to their team" while completely ignoring my requests.

This business is operating in completely bad faith. They will take your money, fail to provide the service you paid for, refuse to refund you, and then ignore your emails. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the months of frustration. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Scammers

Waited a few months for my order and kept getting the same response when I asked when it would be shipped. When I asked for a refund they suddenly marked my items as shipped with a fake tracking code. Eventually got my money back through my bank. They’re scammers, don’t buy from them

Read the reviews here and was a bit nervous but really wanted some Ilso products I couldnt find anywhere else. Figured Id just try it and see what happens. First order shipped fast, came through Evri with tracking updates, no issues. Products were great so I ordered again the next week. Same thing, quick and easy.

I am new to K-beauty but in a few weeks my skin is in the best condition it's been in years and I am totally addicted to Eunjae shop and their prices. Even though all the items I have bought have been heavily discounted, the expiration date on the products has been 1 years+.

I have placed and received 4 orders so far with Eunjae. All arrived a little sooner than expected, in perfect condition and exactly what I had ordered. The prices of the beauty boxes and timed deals are absolutely incredible. Great quality, practical and highly usable products are included in these offers. Sometimes, when such a promotion has been big, there can be a few days wait until orders are posted. I really don't mind this at all. The offers are so popular because the value is exceptional.

I ordered 2 items on October 8th 2025 it is now March 2nd 2026 keep getting told when I ask any questions that it’s either holiday season or they’re still “picking the product” nothing has been shipped to me yet communication is terrible never answer the question just say appreciate your patience and keep waiting will never order from here again

I've been ordering off of eunjae store…

I've been ordering off of eunjae store for several years and (having used other sites such as Kpopmart and YesAsia) can say I wholeheartedly prefer eunjae store. I recently ordered 4 albums (including Red Velvet Bad Boy repackage) which was released on January 30th and received the albums today (February 8th). The delivery time was for 714 days after being sent to the post office, so about 5 days total for shipping. The albums come wrapped in their plastic, covered in bubble wrap, and the empty space inside is filled with packing foam. I heard someone complain about the packaging and I have never had a problem. I have also dealt with customer service previously when I was sent a face mask instead of a serum. A simple email to the customer support and a picture of the item I received by mistake, and they said they would send my actual item out. I received the item with no problems within a few weeks of reporting the issue.

no item received

I placed my order three months ago. I was explicitly told it would ship in November, but it is now December and I still have no tracking number. Customer service (Seo Minji) continues to give vague apologies without providing a firm shipping date. Extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and reliability. Avoid this store if you actually want to receive your purchase on time.

Used to order from them all the time…

Used to order from them all the time with no problems. Lately though it's been one issue after another. Twice now they said my stuff was ready to ship then emailed me saying something was out of stock. Last Ateez order, one of the albums looked repackaged and was missing inclusions. And my most recent order they sent the wrong version, something that costs less than what I actually paid for. To get a refund you need an unboxing video which I never think to do. Probably done ordering from here.

Ordered in AUGUST

Ordered in AUGUST, never got my item. I was back and forth with customer support for a couple of months, but it never resolved anything. Disputed the charge with my bank, and they had the audacity to email me and ask me to reverse it. I requested a refund in December, so no, I will not be reversing.

I don’t ever, EVER write negative reviews online, but man, you guys dropped the ball.
