Commande passée le 2 octobre 2025, ils répondent aux mails mais n'envoient jamais la commande et ne remboursent pas non plus. Si vous voulez perdre votre argent c'est sur ce site qu'il faut aller ! Une vraie arnaque.

I ordered my item in October 2025. I wrote to their customer support multiple times only to receive something along the lines of - it is being shipped soon, just wait. Any time I mentioned a refund they ignored me.
Eventually I contacted my bank and got a refund. But the store is now disputing it saying I never contacted them - it is infuriating. Not only did I miss out on the item, had to get a last minute Christmas gift but I’ve spent a long time writing back and forth to the store and now all about it to my bank… please do not buy anything from here.
Report them to your bank, get refunds - do not let them scam you.

There's little to say: item ordered, paid for, and never received. It's been two months now, and they haven't provided any information through their customer service. I have asked for a refund for more than a month; they do not even address the request. They keep saying the item will come at some point, but they have no idea when. I think this is a scam website hosted who knows where and I hope nobody else will fall for it.

I was supposed to get it for Christmas but I think my grandmother got scammed it was a karster lightstick and I’m so sad bc she wasted money on me

Scammers, contact your debit/credit card company to get money back.

Haven't received the item I ordered (after 2 months). They refuse to re-send it or to refund. I keep getting replies from their customer service, but I think it is fake.

I would put zero stars if I could. Do not use this website! They take your money and don’t send the product. When you request a refund they send the same automated reply.

I pre-ordered ATEEZ ANITEEZ merchandise from this store and contacted them to ask when my items would ship. I received multiple emails with contradictory information, which was very frustrating. I also pre-ordered similar merch from another store and received it over a month ago, so this order should have arrived by now. When I requested a refund, they stopped responding altogether. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I have placed an order on August 28 2025 and now it’s January 6 2026. I have contacted them multiple times and I was often given the same excuse…
The order was also around $189 too…

I placed my order in October 2025. The company refused to refund me. They claim that the order was dispatched in November. I reachedout several times. I tried calling the phone number on their website and no one picks up.
When I stated that I will be filling a dispute, they warned that they will not be able to helpe with anything if I do so.
They have the audacity to respond to the bank 1st of January. This has caused another delay to my dispute.
This company gives a bad name to Korean companies.

I ordered smth on the 3rd September and it still didn’t arrive. It’s the 30rd December. I asked for a refund and they are always saying that they’re shipping my items ,,next week” which never came. They are also always saying that they are sooo busy during winter holidays but I ordered MONTHS before.

Ordered a magazine two months ago and still nothing received. I contacted the store one month ago, but since then I have not heard anything anymore.
Poor communication and very disappointing.
I will not order here again.

I ordered an item with 5-7 day shipping. Now 3 months and 8 emails later, I still haven't received my order. I get lied to by their service rep when I ask for shipping information and then threats of legal action after I suggested they were thieves for providing neither the refund nor the item.

i really do NOT reccommend this store. i purchased from here september the 7th, and didnt recieve my parcel until the end of october. i totally understand that these items come all the way from korea, but the box came absolutely battered, i didnt get a pre-order benefit when they said i would. its just that this was a gift to one on my friends and had to give it her with the state of the box.

then, i told the store about my issue and they said that they would issue me a refund and send another replacement for my parcel. this never happened. ever since, they have been avoiding me and completely ignoring my messages. i would avoid purchasing from here if i was you.

Ordered daughter a stray kids karma pop-up skzoo Tumbler. Despite numerous emails nothing has been delivered and no tracking information. Get fobbed off with emails so had to dispute payment with card company to receive full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

I ordered the Viviz 2024 Season’s Greetings from Eun Jae and it arrived right on time, perfectly packaged with not a single dent! Definitely recommend shopping here!

I have never written a review before but please DO NOT buy from this store it’s been 3 months and i have not received my items. I’m now making a claim with my bank as i ordered some expensive gifts for my birthday. like most people in these reviews I’ve been receiving the exact same emails ‘your items are in the final stages’ and ‘i’ve personally prioritised shipping’ please buy from anywhere else. I noticed they have taken down a bit on their website where front and centre was a review similar to mine so they seem to be aware of what they’re doing.

Ordered in August and didn’t receive my items and every attempt to contact about my order and/or a refund was met with vague emails about the order being put as priority. I’ve had to take it up with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Did not receive my order. Placed an order for in stock items, but had to contact the shop after receiving no updates a month later. Was assured the order was in the final stages of processing. A few weeks later I still had received no updates. Followed up and received mixed and conflicting advice and excuses. I was eventually promised a refund if I did not receive the order within the next 2 weeks. As expected I did not receive the order. I followed up to ask for the refund (almost 2 months after placing the order) and received no reply. Forced to request a chargeback. In hindsight I believe they were providing repeated excuses, so by the time I requested a chargeback, I would be past the deadline.
