Garbage company! Indefinite delays, a shameless bunch of excuses, from shipping within a week to not shipping even after two months, and a bunch of excuses not to give a refund. I wrote to criticize them for deceiving consumers, and they threatened to find a lawyer to sue me. I hope the person in charge of this company never gets scammed, you are really shameless, a fraudulent company. If you think I misunderstood you, you are welcome to complain. Extremely detestable!

order was supposed to arrive on the 9th. that date passed and i emailed them to ask. they told me that my order had been obtained and was being processed. my arrival date changed to the 15th. that also passed and the item still has not been shipped. i’ve emailed them asking for a refund since my item has never arrived and they told me they can’t refund it after the first 24 hours and that my item has been processed and is about to be shipped. that was 10 days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. they’ve told me i can return the item and get a refund once it arrived but it hasn’t even been shipped so i can’t return it. complete scam company. do not order from here unless you want your money stolen.

I’ve ordered from this shop and the product is great, in perfect condition. Customer support was amazing too, they helped me sort out a delivery issue. Everyone was really kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I’ve got it now and I’m really happy with it. Thanks, Eunjae!

I really like Eunjae, they have a lot of merch I’ve been wanting and everything has arrived safely. They also have some great sales!

Ordered a light stick but it has not arrived after over a month with little or no communication. I do not think it is a legit website.

It’s a scam. Simple as. Don’t order from here. I made an order over a month ago and received no tracking information or shipment details. I sent an email and they gave the same excuse in other reviews around a high order account and even though my emails were very professional they made ridiculous claims of my emails sounding like I’m threatening them so again it’s just a scam. I’ve already contacted my credit card issuer for a refund and I would recommend to never ever purchased from there.

The Customer Service kept saying the sent out items but didn’t provide the tracking number or information.

Has been 2 and a half months now, my order nowhere to be seen, no tracking given, just lame excuses about higher-than-usual order volumes and related shipping delays. The emails I exchange with these people are honestly a pure waste of time and energy - like the money I spent on this fraud. Apparently I can't get a refund? 😂😂😂

I do not recommend the store, the package, despite the fact that it was ordered almost 2 months ago, has not even been sent. The item was a BTS concert light, on which the website did not say anything about the pre-order, there was only information that it was available and ready to ship. I contacted the store many times, and I received answers such as that they have a lot of orders, that it is a holiday in Korea or that it has almost been shipped. And then, after my frustration and after writing that it's not funny anymore and that I'm going to write a bad review. I was accused of threatening employees and that if I don't know how shipping works, I shouldn't order something like this in the future. Let me just remind you that they have not been able to send a parcel for 2 months, and parcels from China or another parcel from Korea come to me and it takes 1 to 2 weeks. I don't recommend ass handling

The eunjae online store lists items to be in stock which are not. I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock for which the shipping hasn't began in almost two months. It seems that they have serious problems in sourcing and their online store is misleading.

They first gave several time empty promises of the item to be on "final stage". Then they refused to cancel my order referring to their "refund policy".

Changing emails with the customer support has been useless and time consuming. I strongly advice not to deal with them.

Sentite, non so voi ma a me sta capitando tutto l’impossibile, non mi rispondono alle mail che mando per sapere la traccia del mio pacco, e tanto meno dal loro sito perché non me lo trova, come se non esistesse, dicono di essere veloci con la consegna e non lo sono affatto. mi domando è una cosa normale o sta succedendo solo a me … spero mi arrivi questo pacco, ho provato a chiedere anche il rimborso ma ancora nessuna risposta…
Ho ordinato il pacco il 23 agosto e al momento che sto scrivendo è il 6 ottobre…

I strongly advise against ordering from Eunjae Store.

I requested to cancel my order from 24/8 on August 26, well before it was shipped. Had to send multiple mails the store only replied days later and ignored my cancellation. They then refused a refund, falsely claiming the package was already “in transit,” even though the tracking clearly showed it had not yet been shipped.

They are extremely slow to respond to emails (several days late) and their so-called refund and return policy on the website is misleading and not respected in practice. It feels like they deliberately delay communication to avoid giving refunds.

This is completely unprofessional and against EU consumer law. I will never order here again, and I recommend others to stay away to avoid the same frustration.they also gaslight me on how this is not in the scope of the return and refund policy.

They also wanted me to delete this review and send a free gift
Part of the mail " If you would consider updating or removing your review, we would greatly appreciate it. As a small thank-you, we’d also love to send you a small ENHYPEN gift free of charge " this is illegal and they never shipped the gift

Customer Service is awful… i Write 6 E-Mails. I got. Not reply…. I want to refund my Order, because i bought it as a gift. But i donˋt Need it anymore. But there is no Solution….
