Euro Parking Services Reviews 

I recently received a Parking Charge Notice from Euro Parking Services for briefly stopping at the Beeches Road Service Station. I submitted an appeal explaining that I was only there for around three minutes to grab a drink from the nearby shop, something I’ve done before without any issue.
Their response was confusing and frustrating. In their email, they stated:
“If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, YOU CANNOT APPEAL AGAIN.”
Yet, in the attached letter, they went on to say that I could appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS). These two statements completely contradict each other and make the process very unclear for motorists who are just trying to understand their rights.
I also found the signage at the site unclear and poorly marked — nothing obvious to say it was for “premises only.” If the signs were properly displayed, this situation could easily have been avoided.
I’ve now made a formal complaint asking them to review their wording and be more transparent with customers. People shouldn’t be misled into thinking they’ve got no further right to appeal when they actually do.
I hope Euro Parking Services takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate with people. Clarity and fairness should come first, not confusion and intimidation.

I was shocked to find out I had received a parking fine through information sent to me via head office.
I received £60 fine which went to £100 before I even received the notification. I arrived on a petrol station forecourt to fill the works van up. But on arrival I noticed I had the wrong fuel card. so I drove further into the car park and turned round and made a phone call to work to explain what's happened.
I was on site for less than 2 minutes. 1 Minutes 28 to be precise. That's driving in and turning around and left site. all in 1 minute 28 seconds. how can you justify this. Its an absolute joke. what a bunch of con artists. I've appealed this and it was rejected straight away. now I've received a reminder notice of £100. I dint even have chance to pay £60. I've tried to contact the company via email and phone calls but no response. I have been to the site and found a little notice right at the back of the building. wow i needed my glasses to see the thing.
this is not acceptable by any standard, imagine how many people get screwed by this company on top of the government having our pants down also. The worlds gone mad.

Charged me £60 for parking slightly over the white line between spaces despite the fact thet there was rubbish & glass all over the place. I sent photos of all the rubbish & pointed out broken glass & the fact a car had parked next to me without any problems but they rejected the appeal. Unfortunately cant upload pictures... the "car park" was a disgusting sh*t hole of a place with rubbish everywhere. I know full well that if I refuse I'll go to court and they'll just no show so I can avoid paying,.. but I cant be doing with all the irritation of going through the process. This is what these people rely on. They should be made to pay for every court no show. That would make them a bit more discerning on appeals.

Absolutely disgusting company parked on dagnam crescent at back of manor top shops which I have used for years got home to a 60.00 fine not meters to pay for parking no sign in front of my car where i parked no sign as you drive in carpark.it is full of glass needles waste ect and drug users and has a nerve to charge i have had a reply as you can see and its the same as everyone else's just money grabbers not interested in anything I appealed and that was a waste of time no even worth 1 star rating

Massive Scam!! Received a 'reminder notice' for a PCN that was never received when i appealed it was rejected but in the appeal i requested for the original PCN to be sent with the details as all the letters just say 'details given on notice'. You cannot speak to the company except by writing a letter. It’s obviously a scam, if it was a real fine the details would easily be provided surely?!

In response to the comment - I have reached out on the live chat several times, most the time it won’t connect and when you speak to someone they also are unable to give details. I have reached out via email and post. I’d call but you don’t offer a number. I still do not have the original PCN or the details

Euro parking services have just robbed me off £60 stating I was parked at B&M location in Subriton for over 4 hours when I had visited the B&M twice on the 13th of September. I sent receipt from Google Wallet of my two payments at different time. I went swimming with my kids and headed to B&M n the morning, left about 15mins later for my home where I stayed till when my wife asked me to get her some times at the same B&M at about 2:45pm. I even did a stop at my local Iceland and my local shop to buy other items. This is fraud by Euro parking services as the image sent has no proof of me going in and leaving in the morning and in the afternoon. This is just a cash making system and I hope that one day your business crumbles.

Pulled over for 3 minutes at Capability Green Business Park to check the address & map for the place I was visiting - issued with a £60 fine! Appeal rejected despite pointing out in the photos it is clearly visible that I did not leave the car. Unbelievable.

UPDATE - following response from Euro Parking Services below : I followed the appeal process, after the appeal got in touch via the live chat. Explained the situation again in hope that the previous processes were automated and a human with some sense could intervene. The response was the same, "PCN issued in accordance with policy...". This response to the review is just an attempt to look like a caring organisation, you are not. Site owners contracting their parking enforcement with this company need to wake up and make a change. Who is going to visit a site where the visitors are persecuted by these vultures?

And "warm regards"! You are joking right?

Worst experience I had with parking.
I park my car on a shop car park in Welling, asked to a worker if I could park there, they told me yes, inside the shop I asked to the lady if I need to do something regarding my car park, she told me no, if I was parked for less then 90 minutes.
Today I got a PCN, I appealed explaining what happen, sending proof off showing in this shop, and just after less then 2 hours got a reply from appeal telling I lost the appeal and cannot appeal again! What is this? You just want to take money from families, we need to pay for everything and you are scamming us?

If I could put a minus I would. Robbing little rats. I stopped for 2 mins 44 seconds to take an inhaler and I’ve been charged £60. Appeal rejected. Are you joking?

I ve already tried and failed to send the evidence of the two parking tickets I hold proving we have paid. But this was rejected and paid the hundred and sixty pound fine . We wouldn’t have done this as we have proof but my husband isn’t able to dea l the the debt collectors you threatened us with. All because of a wrongly tapped in number as we had a curtesy car at the times.
No way of communicating with you as everything is automated. It s despicable how you are boosting your millions of annual profits taking from hard working customers ( not anymore I hasten to add) .

I've visited a shop which has their parking operated by this shameless company. The carpark has no readable warning and the shop has not time schedule neighter ( clearly together they hunting this fines).
I've parked and went to the next shop to find out the schedule, and guess what I've got fined. After appeal the europarking staff shamelessly lied about the parking, saying is just for the shop owners. I've checked and take photos about their lies.
SHAME ON YOU LIARS!!! hope that £60 will make you healthy.
FYI you take this money from a 1 person working family.

P.S. As first action on this my review, EPS reported my review for hate, defaming and inadecvate content, their request was rejected by TP, and what EPS did? Replied with a automated answer, requesting to contact their direct line chatbot which is not working :)))

Further to my review below, I received a fine when the EPS car reg login system wasn’t working at my unmanned gym. There was no other way to register my car. Despite trying four times. I took a video, which the gym passed on to EPS, showing the system had crashed. I was told my fine was cancelled (I have this in writing from the gym). However, EPS are still chasing. I’ve phoned them, emailed them all my evidence and, as requested in their response below, spoken online via the web chat. Whilst they encourage people to contact them via the web chat, all you receive in response is direction to send everything in writing via the post. How can I send my video of the system not working via the post - an email is in writing and included my evidence and email chain from the gym. It seems to me this company is a scam, charging people fines that shouldn’t have been issued and then making it incredibly arduous to appeal in the hope that people will give up and just pay. Beware, EPS’s responses here to contact them via their web page is a waste of time and just more reason to make the process of cancelling undue fines as difficult as possible.

Like many others I cannot stress enough how disgusting this company and the service they offer is. Yes I made an error in inputting my reg number but I paid for 24 hours of parking and was only there for 5 yet they have refused my appeal.
They are unhelpful and to be honest quite rude to deal with and do not provide much clarity when asking for clarification and reasoning, they just stick to the script! I 100% agree with another review in that I paid to park, enough said!
In response to EPS reply. I tried this and emailed supporting evidence proving I'd paid to park for 24 hours but it made absolutely no difference.

Rob you these will! Pulled over as my son was choking in a friends car, got out to check on him was there 2 mins and got a fine for it! Appealed and they couldn’t care less so basically my child isn’t important enough to pull over immediately to check on. Also to add there was no risk to other drivers!

0 star rating. I parked my car in Eastside car park in Birmingham on 22/8/25 at 17:13. I paid for all day ticket & displayed on car. I went Bullring did shopping was back within 3 hours and left. Received PCN. THIS Company sent me a PCN for not parking in the lines of bay. BUT all photos of my car they sent provided online showed my car was clearly within the lines of bay. I appealed with proof they denied appeal. I Appealed again as the time was inaccurate they stated I parked at 6.24pm until 6.30pm. When I was in Bullring and parked at 5.13pm and had paid all day ticket. I Provided the proof photos they took of car showing my car within bay. And I added photo of parking ticket and receipt from Bullring showing time they alleged I parked I was already in shop. THEY rejected Appeal. I'm have appealed to the IAS independent appeals services now and waiting response. Euro parking services have even flagged my review to be taken down as they know they are wrong and the fine should of been cancelled by now. AVOID ALL euro parking services car parks in Birmingham.

This company are scammers. I never received any initial letters from them regarding a parking fine in a petrol station. Instead I received a ‘final demand before court action’ letter through the post. Letter was dated 19th August, I received it in the post on the 1st September. One day before the 14 day period that I have to pay an increased amount of £160. Giving me no time to do anything about it before they take court action. Tried to appeal online but it wouldn’t let me. Contact number is useless. Absolute scammers. I truly believe they don’t send out the original letters and wait over a month to send you a final demand letter with an increased amount so they can rob you of your hard earned money!

I added a review a few months regarding a fine I received from Euro Parking Services. I have just received an email indicating that a claim of defamatory content in my initial review has been rejected. Cannot believe that this company had the nerve to claim I had used defamatory content. Just confirms my initial view of Euro Parking Services. Most of the reviews appear very similar to my experience and as for the response regarding using the chat box or going via their website, well, no words required really! Shame there appears to be no overriding authority who can monitor this company.

I had to pull off the road as my car went to limp mode with my engine management light on . I parked by the side of a road for 3 minutes while I checked my car was ok to continue I wasn’t in a car park just the side of the road and I received a fine . I appealed sent evidence of me attending a garage who looked at my car and my appeal was turned down!!! Now they want £100 absolutely disgusting!!!
I’ve read all of the reviews and not one person who appealed actually won the case . This clearly shows that this company doesn’t care for your reason they just want your money and make it very clear with the threats they make what they will do if you don’t pay !!!
They are no better than thieves!!

My son was a newly qualified driver when his car broke down so pulled off the road to call his dad for help , he was parked for 8 minutes and got a ticket a few days later . We appealed but got no response from euro parking services ltd so it went from £60 to £100 then to £160 which we didn’t pay . After another email sent from ourselves euro parking services Ltd responded by sending a email stating the they have cancelled the ticket and no further action . Two more months later we receive a letter from empira demanding £160 stating that euro parking services Ltd has passed our details onto a debt recovery firm , I’ve emailed them and it seems that they are just as corrupt as euro parking services . I’m going to let them take me to court and laugh when the judge reads all the evidence I’ve got
