EV Charging Systems Reviews

Entire process from start to finish was professional, efficient and workmanship to a high standard.
Instruction on use was clear and informative.
I would totally recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing an EV charging system

Highly recommend these guys, they did such a fantastic job. Ours was a really complex install and they worked tirelessly for hours to get it all done right. They put everything back the way it was. Friendly, tidy and professional. Could not have asked for better. Thank you both.

Extremely professional service discretely fitted the cable via the suspended floor to the sync ev on the wall outside. I can charge the car overnight and it’s charged to 80% in the morning. I’ve had no problems with the sync ev and the company can check the unit and update it remotely.
I can’t rate the installation company more highly.
Thank you so much

Jon was really helpful prior to me booking the job in, and was able to answer all my questions in great depth.

During the job, he was able to cater for some fairly significant last-minute changes to the job spec, and the handover of my new Zappi charger was thorough.

Cleanup was excellent - despite having to lift carpets for the ideal cable run, they were reinstalled professionally. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, very professional and extremely polite and accommodating. Jon and his son have done a very good job fitting my Zappi charger. They also explained how to use it very simple in a way you don't need to be a tec engineer to understand. Thanks guys.

Jon and his son did an excellent job. I didn't expect such a clean and accurate service. They were professional, helpful, kind and gentle during the process. Absolutely to have trust on them being a local business delivering such an amazing service.

Super service. Bent over backwards to accommodate my date request. Exceptionally professional and reliable.

Great,friendly,professional service,explained everything well,thankyou would highly recommend

Great install, fast efficient and a very neat job, highly recommend.

Jon and Debbie are incredibly helpful, and Jon and Alex work yesterday was excellent - very, very hard to fault in any way at all.
They did the survey from my photos etc and were the only ones to spot the missing incoming earth on our gas and water pipes, the other two companies that quoted visited and didn't spot it! They fixed the issue with zero fuss.
They were also the only ones prepared to run the cables under the, carpeted, floor in our lounge - the others just tut-tutted and said no. If I didn't know they had lifted the carpet, I wouldn't have been able to see that they did.
Testing the charger (and in the process demonstrating it) using their (EV) van was a nice touch.
I would recommend them (and have already done so) without any reservations.

Overall I can only give a 5 star review as from start of enquiry to completion of installation Jon and EV Charging were brilliant and even hoovered up behind them

Excellent service. Such a positive initial contact with Debbie followed by great ongoing communication and a very professional installation by Jon and Alex. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Brilliant service very professional 👍 would highly recommend

Absolutely outstanding service. Very friendly staff who are always ready to help.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of charging Systems

Jon kept me fully informed of progress once I had placed my order with him. On the day of the installation, which only took around 3 hours, Jon and Alex completed a very neat installation. I would not hesitate in recommending EVCS.

We received excellent customer service from Jon and Debbie in arranging installation of our home EV charging point. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. They were both so helpful in every aspect. We would highly recommend their service.

Jon, Debbie and their team are very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, they fitted our EV Charger really neatly and installed all the necessary connections and explained how the system worked. Very highly recommended, great team to deal with - thank you very much.

Both installers were excellent. Job was completed quickly and professionally. Thank you

Podpoint charger fitted by two very pleasant engineers. Kept me informed throughout the install. Explained the use and features of the charger very well. Overall a very good experience.

I would definitely recommend EV Charging systems. I really wasn’t sure what I needed and had a number of questions. They explained everything and made the ordering process simple. Communication throughout was excellent. They turned up when they said they would and the work was faultless. The price was also vey reasonable. In summary they made the whole process from start to finish easy and were a pleasure to do business with.
