EV Charging Systems Reviews

Great communication and specialist knowledge throughout. Provided options and explanations at every stage of the process. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend. Excellent advice and up to date information about fitting and service throughout the whole process.

I was put in touch with EV charging systems and from my first point of contact to installation, everything was very smooth and straightforward.

On completion, the instructions and advice on how to use the equipment and apps, pick the best tariff etc was very thorough and helpful.

I would definitely use these guys if you require an EV charger requirement.

Jon and Alex are very knowledgeable EVC specialists and helped me make the right choice. The installation was done within a week of my first call.

They took their time to find the best nearest route from the mains through to the front of the house and took less time to expertly fit it! They were respectful of our property and left then the areas the worked in nice and clean.

I would highly recommended EV Charging systems as helpful expert company.

My installation went well and Jon and his colleague did a good job

I contacted Jon as needed some expert guidance on an EV installation. Having spoken to regular electricians about this, I wasn’t convinced they had the specialism to install. Jon was very knowledgeable and offered a good selection of charging units. Jon took care of everything and I was really pleased with the install. Jon was also reasonably priced compared to other quotes I got. Would highly recommend.

Jon and Alex were great; a really efficient and tidy install on a setup with solar. Jon talked us through what was needed really clearly when we first spoke about a quote, then on the day answered questions, helped explain the setup, what they were doing, and Alex gave a great walkthrough of the app and demo’d the charger using their van.

Good initial contact instilled confidence. Tidy installation.
Would recommend to anybody

Jon/Alex were very helpful in explaining the different options for fitting my EV charger and the pros/cons of each. Also went into detail about specifics I'd need to speak to UK PowerNetworks and helped me fill out the form while he was here. Would recommend him for EV chargers!

Highly recommend. From my initial inquiry I was recommended a couple of suitable chargers and went with the Simpson & Partners home charger. Very happy with the charger and installation service provided.

Have been very impressed with the guys at EV charging systems, the guys are both very polite and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The instal was very smooth and efficient with the work being of a very high quality. They were friendly and spent time to explain everything. Would highly recommend them.

Very friendly company, they managed to fit me in and install within a couple of days, the install is extremely well done, they took the time to make sure I understood how to set and use my charging point. I would 100% recommend this company for anyone wanting an EV charger, it was no more expensive than the big electricity suppliers are quoting but quality of installation is much higher

Fantastic and professional service from Jon and the EV charging system team during the initial quote through to installation in Chelmsford. Extremely knowledgeable and genuine care was taken during the install. I would highly recommend Jon and would not hesitate in using again. Thank you.

We had our first EV charger installation 6 years ago and Jon and Alex did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. We have recently upgraded from the original Pod installation to three new Simpson & Partners chargers and didn't hesitate to ask EC Charging Systems back to give us advice and carry out the work. As a repeat customer, we were not surprised that the service was excellent and that everything was explained so clearly. Top quality experience on all fronts. Thank you Jon and Alex.

From getting a quote to the installation, the whole process was quick and easy. Alex did a fantastic job of the install, was clean and tidy and explained the app really thoroughly. Went over any potential issues and covered how to deal with them. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

This is the second charger we have had fitted by Jon and Alex from EV Charging Systems. They fitted one in our old house - a very involved fit going from the meter at the front of the house, across the garden and to the garage at the back. They did a brilliant job. So when we moved in June and needed a charger at the new house, they were the only people we called. Once again they provided a really quick service fitting our charger on the day after our move. They did a very thorough job and explained everything to us afterwards really well. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company.

I needed a EV Charger quickly, Jon and the team were able to recommended the best one for me and fit it super quick. Excellent service and car all fully charged.

Excellent quick and reliable service, with great after care service for queries

I would thoroughly recommend Jon and the team at EV Charging Systems.

I decided to get a home charger installed after purchasing an EV and my dealership recommended Jon. After initial contact I was quickly given a consultation call to understand what my needs were, the type of charger I was looking for, etc. Jon was very helpful with providing options and clarity for both where the charger could be installed and the various brands available.

The quote provided was reasonable and after deciding to go ahead I agreed an install date within a week. On the day of the install the team were professional, friendly, and completed the install quickly. At the end of the experience i was walked through the various functional and safety features of the charger.

I've had no issues with the charger but I'm sure if I did, based on my experience so far, I would be well supported.

Great service. Second time I have used them and both times have been excellent.
