EV Charging Systems Reviews

Jon from EV Charging Systems has been fantastic to work with from start to finish.

From the initial enquiry through to the completion of two charge points for our charity, the service we received was second to none. Jon coordinated all the works around our service delivery times with great professionalism and managed the entire process seamlessly.

We could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Jon and EV Charging Systems without hesitation.

Jon provided a professional service. A variety of different options were quoted for and our questions answered quickly, enabling us to make an informed decision. All paperwork and safety checks were made on our behalf to our energy provider and installation carried out efficiently. We were happy to use an independent company and would highly recommend EV Charging Systems.

Excellent advice and service. Unfortunately the originally supplied unit was faulty (no fault of EV Charging) but the unit was replaced promptly and I am very pleased with the result. How the system works and how to use it was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend EV Charging Systems to others.

Quick to reply to my query and provided clear information and advice on options available prior to the installation. And the quote was more reasonable than some of their competitors. They provided a good service on the day and very clear instructions on the set up and how to use the charger.
Definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with this service. They provided all the information I needed quickly and precisely, and the installation process was seamless.

I truly appreciated their professionalism, especially given that our installation was quite complex and took several hours on an extremely cold day. Despite the challenging conditions, they remained efficient and thorough.

The post-installation explanation on how to use and maintain the system was clear and detailed. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

Jon answered all my millions of questions before the install as I had no idea about electric car chargers. As an interior designer I was concerned about the design aspect of the box also. We agreed on the British brand Simpson and partners. On install day Jon and Alex were great and very quick and professional. I am a very particularly fussy person and they were perfect doing their work.

I looked at a number of options for my EV charging point and was keen to use someone local to me (wickford) rather than a national company that want you to take photos and videos and manage the inspection remotely. From the initial enquiry to Jon and Alex coming to assess my property i was so impressed with the service. Thoroughly professional, incredibly knowledgeable and their work was of such a high standard. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

I was looking for an EV charger and made contact with a couple of the nationwide brands, but came across EV Charging Systems via a local social media post.

They came and carried out a very thorough inspection before recommending several options. Pricing was competitive, but the advice was second to none and decided to go with EV.

Installation did take longer than expected, but power interuption was minimal and the workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional.

I would 100% recommend EV Charging Systems without any hesitation. Family business, personable, and extremely competent.

I had numerous quotes for my install, but after speaking with Jon several times, my decision was made. Jon is very knowledgeable and cares very much about his job and providing an excellent service.
Jon and Alex went above and beyond during the installation process, even when faced with unexpected issues.
Everything was explained step by step which left me fully confident with the charger and its capabilities.
I would highly recommend Jon and Alex to anyone looking for an install.
What I will stress is that this wasn’t my cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service from start to finish.

Thanks to you both

I had the pleasure of Jon and Alex installing my new home EV charger last week. I spoke to Jon several times before the charger was installed and he was able to answer all of the questions I had and advise on the best solution for my charging needs. On the day of the install Jon and Alex arrived on time, got straight to work and did a very neat job of routing the cable and mounting the charging point. They also did a great job of tidying up after the work was finished (I think they even hoovered parts of the driveway to get rid of any brick dust from drilling!). Once the installation was complete Alex and Jon spent time to go through everything I needed to know from pairing the app to the charger, explaining scheduled charging and what I need to be aware of in the event of power cuts/surges etc. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Jon and Alex at EV Charging Systems and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs an EV charger installed.

I found EV Charging Systems via Google, and reached out by email for a quote.

Initially, I planned to speak with other companies to compare pricing, but after asking for recommendations, EV Charging Systems came up multiple times!

Speaking to Jon sealed the deal – he took the time to answer my questions, explain all the available options, and provide information on electric tariffs and how they work with chargers and EVs.

After installation, everything was thoroughly explained, and I feel confident in my choice.

Overall, I'm really happy with the experience!

A small local business that exudes knowledge about what they offer.
Lots of detailed information for me, the consumer, especially my first time owning an EV.

Initial consultation and visits to the estate to check electricity supply and then the final installation shows the professionalism of this father and son team.
You can see why they are on the Government's recommended list of EV Charger installers

Extremely satisfied with the Simpsons & Partners charger too

Exceptional service with great communication. Highly recommend.

I totally recommend EV Charging Systems.
I've had 2x chargers installed by them now, on different properties 3 years apart. From initial contact, all communication was straight forward and clear - definitely needed for an EV novice and slightly disabled user! With limited hand mobility I needed simplicity and Jon knew both times which were the best units/options for my needs.
The first install was on an old building, the second was on a full refurb - both were seamless 👍🏻

Very helpful in providing options and guidance as to what Charger is best. Turned up on time and did a brilliant neat install. Only downside was power was off longer than I expected. Stayed around to try and fully set up as much as possible including the app connection, but I believe this is a issue with the charging unit rather than their service. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable, professional and tidy. Highly recommended.

From first contact with Jon to installation of the charging point I found the whole process to delivered in a professional and extremely friendly manner. Always willing to answer any questions I had and together with Alex explained in detail how everything worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It is the second time I have used EV Charging Systems. I highly recommend them, there work is of a very high standard and they are really helpful.

From the initial phone call to discuss the fitting, to the information about the charge point app when it was all done, I could not have been happier with the service I received. Even a little blip out of their control was resolved professionally and quicker than could have been expected. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I have been looking for an EV charger but because I wanted to use it for a rental home I had specific question. Jon was great and went away and researched the options and I was more than happy to go ahead.
In stall went without any issues at all, nothing was too much trouble.
The team spent time explaining how everything worked and I’m absolutely delighted with it.

I would recommend to everyone ( and already have) I will use him again soon.
