EV Charging Systems Reviews

Jon and Alex did a great job installing my Ev charger at home. From initial contact to install Jon was very helpful and honest with my questions. After the install Alex went through everything I needed to know about the charger. Both are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting an Ev charger installed.

Great service from quotation to installation.
All on time as agreed and a very neat and tidy installation followed by thorough explanation of how the charger works. Highly recommend Jon and his team.

5* service, supportive, accomodative, polite, friendly , punctual, professional !!! All questions answered above and beyond, would use again in future and biggest recommendations for EV charger supply and installation.

Jon and Alex delivered a seamless installation process. The wiring and the box was neatly setup. They patiently explained the product and the optimal settings along with troubleshooting if ever required.

Prior to installation day, they took care of everything right from getting the units arranged and necessary permissions sorted out. Jon took the effort of calling me when I was asking around for quotes. he explained the most optimal setup given the layout of my house and also gave me the best quote.

Thanks to Jon and Alex!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Jon and Alex are the consummate professionals. Highly recommended!

(5/5 Stars) I had an outstanding experience with EV Charging Systems for the installation of my Ohme Home Pro home EV charger. From the start, the process was seamless: the quote was detailed, transparent, and they took care of all the necessary permits and rebate paperwork. The installation team arrived exactly on time and were professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They completed the full run from my electrical panel in under four hours, with the wiring perfectly concealed and code-compliant. They finished by thoroughly demonstrating the charger and its app before leaving the work area completely clean. I highly recommend them for their expert service and commitment to safety.

Was very helpful and knowledgeable with a good quality installation, completed in a timely manner

Family business who have provided excellent service and quality materials over several years including full consumer unit replacement. Highly recommend this company for any EV or electrical needs.

I wanted an EV charger installed and Jon got in touch.
Extremely helpful, honest answers to all my questions even if that put the competition in better light.
In the end I didn't proceed as our new energy supplier had special offer and I took that but based on my experience I can only recommend Jon.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Jon explained every step of the way and gave his honest advice on my choices and helped choose the best option. Jon and Alex beautifully installed charger, were professional and neat. They are truly trusted professionals and I highly recommend them!

From start to finish the whole experience was hassle free.
I had the pleasure of Jon and Alex installing my new home EV charger last week.
I spoke to Jon a few times before install and everything was completely stress free, and fully explained from photographs and drawings being supplied to the point of connecting the charger to a vehicle.
I had a few questions I wanted clarifying before the charger was installed and Jon was able to answer all of the questions I had and advise on the best solution for my charging needs.
On the day of the install the team arrived bang on time (what a refreshing change from waiting in all day for other companies) Jon and Alex got straight to work and did a very neat job of routing the cable and mounting the charging point.
They also did a great job of tidying up after the work was finished, they even hoovered up brick dust along the external walls, as well as internal walls.
Once the installation was complete Alex and Jon spent time to go through everything I needed to know from pairing the app to the charger, explaining scheduled charging and what I need to be aware of in the event of power cuts/surges etc.
Overall I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Jon and Alex at EV Charging Systems and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs an EV charger installed.
