Got there eventually

Lots of mistakes made which led to me being stuck at the garage waiting to drive my car away for 5 hours despite everything being completed by myself the day before. Lost the electronic paperwork, had to resign then sit and wait in the queue all over again for finance to be approved. Then 7 days later they wanted me to sign the paperwork for a third time with completely different values (higher values I might add) on without any explanation. Also seems they lie judging by their response to this review.

We’ve reviewed your application journey in detail and can see that everything progressed smoothly on our side, with your documents signed once and the finance approved and paid out without delay.

It’s not clear why it appeared that paperwork needed to be re-signed or why there may have been confusion around when to collect the vehicle, as nothing in the process indicates this. It’s possible there may have been some misunderstanding at the dealership, and we completely appreciate how frustrating that can be.
