Very well organised delivery and communication in advance of it.
In my case delivery nearly failed because neither my phone nor the intercom at the building entrance were working properly at the time so that the team got the wrong impression that I was not at home and sent a failure message. I phoned the office to explain the situation. The delivery team came back to my house very soon and as they were real professionals, worked very fast, friendly and efficiently.

The delivery men told us that our bed wouldn’t fit up the stairs and that wasn’t their job anyway so just left it on the middle of our downstairs hall. It’s a two person job and I am 8 months pregnant. We called them immediately upon checking our email which told us they were supposed to deliver to our chosen room. They didn’t come back.
Although a little fiddly, my husband got help from brother in law and they were able to get it upstairs.
Definitely would never use this company again.

Delivery was arranged and the drivers gave us a call 20 minutes before arrival which was good. Very fast and efficent delivery once a date is agreed , very pleased

The beautiful sofa was delivered promptly by warm, friendly, and professional gentlemen. They were quick and efficient not to mention also clean and tidy. All in all the service was braw.

The team did an amazing job. I was most impressed at the extra efforts they took to keep our carpets and space clean - it had been a very wet day, and they kept it impeccable. Super nice guys as well!

Excellent service from Executive Home Delivery. Good communication throughout the process, keeping me up to date on progress all the time.
My 2 hour delivery slot was given as between 14:32 and 16:32 and the goods arrived at 15:16 - well done lads! The 30 minute warning before they arrived was much appreciated, giving me time to 'clear the decks' ahead of their arrival. They were friendly, efficient and courteous, unpacking and checking over the goods meticulously, placing it where my wife indicated and they took away the packaging without having to be asked to do so.
All in all a very pleasant experience throughout; thank you for an exemplary service. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly use them again if needed.

Jim and Garry were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful and efficient. They communicated in advance of their arrival and helped me move my other sofas which hadn’t been collected ( but should have been). This was not their responsibility and I was stressing about this so much but they took it all in their stride. They are an asset to your company. Thank you !

Friendly and efficient delivery men. Made sure to attach feet to sofa and to position sofa in my favoured spot. They also gathered up plastic sheeting and cardboard residue for recycling.
