Delivery men Efficient and friendly. Telephone call half hour before delivery

Friendly and very helpful delivery men.

This was a high value fragile item. The communication was excellent, from 2 weeks prior, the day before and just ahead of delivery. They were able to accommodate my commitments, and used email / phone rather than an anonymous tracking tool.

I was able to fully check the item prior to signing and they even took the packaging away.

First class, thank you.

Two-hour hour slot sen the day before delivery. Tracking provided without having to download an app, plus a call 15 minutes before arrival. Extremely efficient and pleasant delivery service. Exemplary.

Text day before to give a delivery time , phoned 15 minutes before to say they were on their way, and they delivered, built and made sure all ok, took boxes away for recycling all before they left

Only issue was initially when I had to change the delivery date, once I’d declined my first date it wasn’t clear how or when I’d receive another date, but it was sent to me shortly after, so the process was simple without the need to contact or speak to anyone.

The lads did a fab job delivering the Duresta and taking away the Parker Knoll suite. They worked non stop, and were knowledgeable and professional throughout. Highly recommended and appreciated the care they took.

My bedside unit was delivered on time and exactly within the promised window. The driver called me 30 minutes before arriving, which was really helpful, and the item looked well‑packaged on arrival. I haven’t had a chance to fully check it yet, but so far the delivery side of things has been smooth and professional.
