Super fast delivery and delivered with care! all the fruit was in perfect condition.

They took £184 - still not sent me the fruits I purchased, not answering phones and completely ignoring my voice messaged and multiple email. They are clearly scamming people. I am going to report them to the policy (Action Fraud) for scamming me. I am also reporting them to the Competitions abd Markets Authority and the Office of Trading Standards for breach of The Consumer Rights Act, as they are taking money and nor providing the items paind for ignoring all attempts at contacting them. I now see thar others have had similar experience as mine. Please report them to the CMA and the Trading office - both these organisation can fine this business, take criminak actions against them and stop them from trading in the future.

If the order is being delayed for whatever reason they couod just let me know. But having a fake phone line (because it always goes straight to voice message) and ignoring emails is a clear sign that they are scamming us. If they are legitimate they would simple respond and let us know of any issues with delays etc.

Spent £184 buying exotic fruits. Way more than I could afford but it was a special gift. It was supposes to have been delivered today. But not delivered! I tried calling 8 times leaving voice notes, but no answer. It's clear that someone is hanging up on me. Sent emails. Again no response! Starting to think I have been scammed!

If I could give 0 rating I would. AVOID AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Be very careful before ordering from this company. They rip you off
Firstly the package was left upside down on its side squashed between my wheels bins for over 1.5 hours in the rain. Then when opening I notice the fruit was soggy, bruised some broken skin, the insides were even worse. Contacted them straight away after sending 8 emails the finally replied 2 days later. NOW there saying they won't refund me because I didn't report it withing 24 hours? I have all screenshot showing I clearly messaged numerous times but the refused to reply! So they won't refund for the fruit that had gone off
Avoid buying fruit from here not only is it NOT FRESH but they scam ans rip you off. They knew it was 24hours yet took them 50 hours to reply to me. Customer service is shocking. The fruit and quality is terrible I would seriously consider buying from somewhere else it's really not worth the money or the stress over £42 of fruit in the bin!

Worse experience ever. I've never received my parcel, it's been 3 weeks now, I paid £7 for next day delivery. Apart from that,customer service is terrible as as soon as it didn't come I asked for a refund, and they didn't provide any.

Good service, brilliant shipping times. Overall really happy however one of the fruits arrived mouldy

This was a lovely order I had for my birthday and I’ve always got fruit but got to try some from all around the world ,learn about them and even plant a couple.

Loved everything in my seasonal selection box. Ordered an extra box of dragon fruit too after having it each morning on holiday. Each fruit was wrapped separately like the precious cargo it is, and I tried fruits I had never heard of before. Now about to order my next one!

Fruit was delivered one day late. Fruit was much smaller than the advertised amount on website. Complaints via email have been ignored. Will not recommend company nor use again.

Bad customer service. Placed a big order last week which was meant to come next day delivery (the only reason I spent £80 was to get the next day delivery). It didn’t turn up. I emailed them and messaged on Facebook to see why it hadn’t been sent next day delivery (I literally ordered at 12pm too not like it was later on in the day) and haven’t been replied to ok either. Just rude when people are spending money, the kiwi berries were all mushy and inedible too so had to be thrown, didn’t even bother emailing to get a refund for them since no one bothered to answer my other emails. Won’t be ordering again I’ll be using tropibox instead

A few days later, the items finally arrived, but some were missing and others were rotten. I reached out to them via Instagram, and just as other reviewers had mentioned, they requested photos. I believe this business is a scam—terrible communication and overpriced shipping. **Do not order from them!** If you’ve already placed an order, I recommend requesting a chargeback through your credit card company.
