Hi — Charlotte here. Thanks for the IMEI — that number looks valid when checked, but I’ll need to run an eligibility check on our side to confirm if your Huawei CPE5 (H155-381, Zain KSA) can be unlocked.

We do offer official IMEI unlocks ("We offer official imei unlocking services" — Terms 1.2), but unlocks can be blocked by things like blacklist/ stolen status or carrier hard-locks ("Blocked/Blacklisted Phones: If your phone is blocked, stolen, or lost, no refund is provided." — Refund Policy).

A couple of points from our policies that may explain what happened:
- “No refund if you purchased an unlocking code, but your Android phone doesn't prompt for a code when using an incompatible sim card.”
- “Remote USB Unlock: Refund is given if the service is incompatible or doesn't work. Remote USB Unlocks are only relevant to Samsung, Motorola, LG and Huawei phones.”

If our team told you the $80 would be applied to a remote session, we need your order/IMEI to verify and escalate that promise. Send the IMEI or open Live Support in your tracking page and I’ll personally push this to our techs right away.

And our Refund Policy notes: "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded."

Hola, siento mucho que esto haya sido tan estresante. Veo su pedido con ID 350905825416163, realizado el 2 de agosto de 2025, y los tres pagos: 28,99 $ (Comprobación de elegibilidad), 60 $ (Desbloqueo de iCloud) y 49 £ (Servicio Premium). Nuestra Política de Reembolsos establece: "Servicios Premium que fallan: si no es posible desbloquear su dispositivo después de probar el Servicio Premium, se reembolsará el importe íntegro de sus pagos Estándar y Premium". Quiero solucionarlo, no un reembolso a menos que sea absolutamente necesario. Por favor, responda con: - el IMEI del iPhone 12 Pro, - el correo electrónico utilizado en el pedido, y - una captura de pantalla que muestre el estado del 99% (o cualquier correo electrónico que haya enviado o recibido). Escalaré el caso a un técnico superior de inmediato y priorizaremos su caso. Recibirá una respuesta en 48 horas.

Your order (placed Oct 19, 2025) shows Unlock Complete for your iPhone 14 (AT&T USA). If you haven’t already finished the final step, please follow the iPhone instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — that should complete the process. I can also confirm we received $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $68 for the Standard Unlock.

Sometimes orders are billed in stages (an eligibility/pre-check then the unlock or an upgrade), which is covered in our terms — for example: "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for" and "'Pre-orders' also referred to as 'Eligibility Checks' are not covered by our money back guarantee." Also note: "Criteria Not Met: If your phone requires an upgrade (e.g., from Standard to Premium Service), any initial payments are non-refundable."

As our terms say, "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for" and services begin when payment is received. For Samsung phones we do offer Remote USB unlocks and, as our Refund Policy states, "Remote USB Unlock: Refund is given if the service is incompatible or doesn't work. Remote USB Unlocks are only relevant to Samsung, Motorola, LG and Huawei phones."
