HUGE, HUGE SCAM!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They seemed ready to do the unlock, but I had a phone that couldn't take codes. And they told me they'd set up a remote unlock session. Lo and behold! Codes showed up suddenly. Which they had told me they couldn't get for the phone & would set up a remote session directly in to my phone. I even took the phone to a tech to see if they could find where the codes go. NOPE! So even though I jumped through every single hoop to get help, they just sent me worthless codes I can't use. And they constantly told me, don't ask for a refund yet, we'll get the remote session set up and the $80 you paid for the codes will go towards that instead. LIES, LIES, LIES. All together I was shafted for $124 US. DO NOT USE THIS UNLOCK GROUP!!!!

Veo su pedido con ID 350905825416163, realizado el 2 de agosto de 2025, y los tres pagos: 28,99 $ (Comprobación de elegibilidad), 60 $ (Desbloqueo de iCloud) y 49 £ (Servicio Premium). Nuestra Política de Reembolsos establece: "Servicios Premium que fallan: si no es posible desbloquear su dispositivo después de probar el Servicio Premium, se reembolsará el importe íntegro de sus pagos Estándar y Premium". Quiero solucionarlo, no un reembolso a menos que sea absolutamente necesario. Por favor, responda con: - el IMEI del iPhone 12 Pro, - el correo electrónico utilizado en el pedido, y - una captura de pantalla que muestre el estado del 99% (o cualquier correo electrónico que haya enviado o recibido). Escalaré el caso a un técnico superior de inmediato y priorizaremos su caso. Recibirá una respuesta en 48 horas.

SCAM. You pay 15.99eur first, then they ask yeah we can unlock, pay 44euro more, you pay it and they continue ask for more payments. That is ridiculous.

Finger weg

Hände weg- Abzocke- versprechen mit 26 € simlock zu entsperren- danach nochmals 160€ - Kontakt per Mail bleibt unbeantwortet , haben die 160 € natürlich nicht mehr bezahlt!!! Mit dem Leid der Kunden,die schnell ihr Handy wieder aktiv bekommen wollen-so umzugehen- ist eine Frechheit!!!

I paid for the advertised £23.99 promotion to unlock my I phone 16 Pro Max. Order ID # 12945155. Shortly after, I received an email requesting I need to pay an additional £42.00 to complete the service. Then after several more hours I received another email saying I needed to use their Premium Service for an additional £113. I refused to pay the additional amount and asked them not to contact me again. They replied by offering to walk me through the service and strongly advised me to pay the additional amount.
