Never Received Order

I placed an order, the first week of January 2022.
I have not received the order. I got a reply back saying that the order was delivered but it was not. There was no confirmation of the order, or anything. Just, looked at their computer. I would not have queried, before performing those exact steps myself. Also, I would not say I did not get something, if I did.
My next course of action will be to contact my attorney.

Fantastic lenses! :D

When i got my parcel the lenses were well protected! The packaging was also super cute!! The lenses came in sterile glass bottles with saline solution inside, they also came with application tools and lens cases! :) They went in to my eyes quickly with no discomfort and continued to be comfortable during my 3 hour shoot! The lenses looked absolutely stunning + vibrant and showed up on camera so well! I love these lenses so much! <333

Quick and efficient customer service

I was missing a pair of lenses from my order. I contacted customer service and within minutes the issue was corrected and my new lenses are on the way! Thank you Jessica for the help!

Where is my order?

I made my order nearly two months ago, and I couldn't track the order through the provided tracking link, the latest update was '2021-09-27 17:20
HK, Sender is preparing item for posting'.

Furthermore, I couldn't get in touch with any eyecandys customer service through its online chat service. It just automatically replied to me and said they will contact me through email. It's been 4 days since my initial inquiry was sent. Can anyone pick this up, please?

Customer service was amazing!

I truly appreciate the customer service (CS) I had today. My order was placed wrong and in sheer panic I inquired about it. I went back and forth with CS like a madman and kind of gave them a hard time.. I'm very sorry for that.. but CS had a lot of patience with me and was able to resolve it and within the same day as my order. Thank you CS!

Totally unreliable company

Totally unreliable company. Ordered customised toric coloured lenses but sent wrong colour. Have been trying to contact by all means but no respond. Not to be trusted. AVOID!!! Even responded below but didn’t bother contacting!!!

good store, fast shipping, would recommend

Great store. I bought the EOS blytheye red contact. I accidentally only bought one, but the shipping was pretty quick (18 days) and I had no problems with tracking. The contact itself is so soft, I can’t even feel it! I would strongly recommend this site to anyone who needs color contacts. I thought it was a scam (because of other reviews) but was pleasantly surprised. Try it yourself!

SCAMMERS! Would not refund me or provide me a store credit for package I did not receiveebsite

Do not use this website! The customer service is absolutely awful. I did not receive half of my order and it has been over 3 months. They refuse to give me a refund or store credit as they are "not responsible for any misdelivery". They also said if they receive the package back they will refund me minus the shipping cost. How is my pacakge getting lost for months my issue as a customer? How about you treat your customer right and provide basic compensation that any other company would.

EDIT: You replied to this but failed to mentioned that the packaged arrived at canada post office 3 MONTHS LATER. I never received a notice, I went to the post office after you made me aware of this. I went TWICE BUT NOTHING! I told you guys where you NEVER replied to me. A refund by store credit was agreed upon but you then changed your minds and said no without telling me at any point, without giving me ANY reponse. I don't appreciate lies as a reponse to this. I have all the proofs on email and can post screenshots. How on earth is a package getting LOST FOR MONTHS and a package NEVER arriving (which I informed you guys about both times) MY ISSUE!!! WTH. WHY WOULD I PAY 30% ?

Upon investigating your issue, it seems your order was returned to us because on the first delivery attempt, no one was available to claim your order. You were then notified by the courier to pick up your order at the post office. Post office also notified you in 2 occasions to pick up your parcel (notice dated July 14 and 19) but failed to do so. It was then returned to us. As per policy, we are not responsible if your parcel is misdelivered or returned to us due to the customer's failure to pick up the parcel at the post office. Please be advised that in the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but we will invoice you for the shipping fee or the original fee if shipped via courier.

If you would like to return the products instead, we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 30% restocking fee. Any shipping fees will not be refunded.
