What a pleasure it has been this week on the East Yorkshire bus to Wyke college from Cheltenham Avenue Hull. The bus driver is so polite and helpful towards my granddaughter who is in a wheelchair. Wish to say THANK YOU so much for.

Could you please sort out your timetables!!! The app specifies one time, the online timetable specifies another, and the timetable located at the actual bus stops is completely different!!! How infuriating! Also, please explain how the price of a 15 minute journey from Market Weighton to Pocklington is the same price from Market Weighton to York, a 1hr journey??? Give your heads a shake, it’s an absolute disgrace!!!

The worst bus service I have ever come across. Very high prices, over £16 for two people to travel a 15 minute ride, Market Weighton to Pocklington. But seems to be roughly the same price to go to York, which is double the distance!!!. Who makes these price’s up. Also the frequency of the buses is awful. If there was a train line, like there used to be, maybe there would be more competition, therefore cheaper prices. There seems to be a monopoly at the minute. So they can charge what they like. Very poor.

just spent a week in Scarborough and stayed at the camp site, we used the number 9A and 9 regular, must say the service was great, the drivers were especially friendly and we noticed how helpful they were towards the disabled. Would use this service again when we come back, very smart drivers also, thank you for a great service

My daughter wanted to get a bus to town on a Sunday and only had a £10 note, and because she didn't have the right change they wouldn't let her on🤬. I'm sure they could of done something so she could get to town. It's about time they had change not everyone like to pay by card. Some bus drivers are nice enough to do it, but u always get 1.

Absolute joke the driver drove straight past 5 minutes early didnt pull in didnt even hesitate to stop knowing full well he's just driven past 5 minutes early, the company are an absolute shambles they say about deep cleans on the busses every night yet I sit in the same seat every morning and night so I decided to leave a couple of screw kn the seat, to my utter disgust I found the screws in the exact same place as I left them personally if you've gotta travel by bus do not use East yokshire

The busses are an absolute rip off. £10.80 for a return from Market Weighton to Beverly which is 15 minutes away. How come York to Market Weighton is much cheaper yet the journey for that is over an hour? Need fixing, not using these busses again.

I must praise your driver today who helped me on the 104 service. My face mask snapped as I got on. He gave me his spare mask and ensuring that that I was ok.

The 7:50am bus on from Pocklington to York, number 815 has not been cleaned in two weeks, there are sweets smashed into the window on the left side, no one wants to sit there and it's uncomfortable for people to know that EYMS don't clean their buses regularly!

121 Hull to Bridlington 16.45 The bus driver has slammed on breaks and curbed the bus, his driving is rather worrying.

Rude drivers, inefficient services and always late.. Far too expensive for the quality of service you recieve and needs to catch up with the 21st century!

I travelled on the 747 service this morning. Caught the bus in Fangfoss. The driver was the most friendliest driver I have ever met. He was jovial, enthusiastic and made my journey to work a happy experience. What a lovely man. All the drivers are pleasant on this service but, this morning the driver went one step further. Marvellous. It was the 7.30 service from Fangfoss to York. Well done that driver!

Friday 25th jan out in plenty of time two catch the 0906am service 33 from wold road very cold morning with a cold wind blowing 10 past nine no bus thought got time wrong no just missed a bus out so from the last bus at 0830 am to 0925 am no service that's an hour between buss what about people who have too go to work and then when you ask the driver who the customer service manager is I have no idea was the answer .the service 33 has long been the worst service in hull come on EYMS get sorted

Number 63 is never on time. Also why have 3 different busses going on different journeys all named the 63.

I am writing with regards to son and daughter getting on a bus 66 in Hull, they got a bus to the town centre to go to the cinema the bus driver charged them 80p when they had come to come home at 8pm on the evening they went to pay the 80p bus fare and was told it wasn't enough they had £1 on them to which they told them what they had, and was told they couldn't board the bus without £1.10 I am abserlutely disgusted at 1) how prices can differ to the same place, 2)the manner in which the bus driver approached the situation and 3) leaving children in town at that time of a night on a Sunday night knowing there is one bus an hour, I will be making sure that I do not use an eyms bus again

Everyday they're about 3 busses behind schedule on the route I take. It's ridiculous.

There's been quite a few times now were the bus has been over 10 minutes early and I can't get it, pretty much everytime unless it's early it over 5 minutes late, the drivers are all idiots who argue with you over anything, awful company.

Just let u lot now how to travel with EYMS bus service, u can put a complaint to them because it been 2 month for them to call u back so preper for ur company to come back and when I called them on 2nd august at 17:07 I was on the phone Nicole and she told me Vikki brown was off to call me on Monday 7th august she has not called yet still waiting
