EZ Living Furniture UK Reviews

Kate was very helpful, and went out of her way to even bring colours to show how what I was going to buy would suit. Very nice lady 😊

Sharon the sales assistant was very helpful and gave us great advice when buying our new dinning room chairs.

Thanks Ian

The chairs are brilliant, exactly what we needed > stackable good quality chairs :)

Sharon was very helpful without being overly pushy, thank you.

The member of staff, Kate was pleasant, professional and helpful. She was a joy to deal with.

Very welcoming and friendly staff who do not invade your browsing space. I enjoy having a good browse before I ask for help from a staff member. The staff in the bedding department were extremely helpful and not pushy. they knew every product on the floor, where to locate it and recommend alternatives. knowledge about delivery times and deposits equally impressive. I keep returning.

Kate in the Derry store was excellent - she helped us with pick out our new sofa & chair. She helped with picking the right fabric and recommended the Guardsman 5 year protection which we were very happy with! Thank you, Kate!

Excellent communication and goods arrived on time and great quality

Bought a lovely bed and mattress from Sharon in Derry who helped us efficiently and with great customer service!

Furniture good and as expected but it came in a ridiculous amount of non environmally friendly packaging that made me feel guilty and detracted from the pleasure of the purchase

Visited the Holywood store today, received friendly, professional and knowledgable service from Sam who made the process of buying a dinning set quick and easy. Dylan was also helpful!

Visited EZ living for first time today. Beautiful store in Derry Northern Ireland and lovely staff. Grace was so approachable and helpful and looking forward to receiving my new coffee tables .

We had two failed deliveries. When the chairs arrived the amount of packaging was ridiculously excessive. Each had a complete roll of bubble wrap a mattress topper and cardboard. It took two trips to the dump to dispose of the stuff. Finally I was charged £16 for the times I had to telephone them to expedite my order. Wouldn’t use this company again.

Kate was absolutely fabulous...
Great help to me .
Was about to leave the shop and she helped me with my purchase.

Chairs delivered lovely but 1 was minus it's cushion customer service phone number did nt work I got through eventually to 2 of their branches and they said they would get customer service to telephone me that never happened and I am still waiting
on a response to my email

We visited Coleraine EZ Living and we’re kindly approached by Chris who advised us on the range of outdoor furniture. He noted that we were interested in the model on display and kindly, seamlessly organised a collection of the floor model for a reduced rate as there was a fantastic sale on. We were advised of the options and timeframes of a new model however we opted for the floor display. A gorgeous shop and fantastic staff. He kept us in contact throughout the process and we’ve collected our furniture this morning!

Visited the Derry Store last weekend

Looking for an mattress to suit my needs .Kate showed me a good selection to choose from with great patience and knowledge, making me feel relaxed with no pressure.
Bought great mattress that after a number of nights was money well spent 😌

Kate at the Derry store was very helpful and really took her time with us and helped us make our decision for the best garden furniture for our family.

Lovely product (hanging chair called Fiji).
Took a while to arrive, and a hook was missing. Replacement sent promptly, but unfortunately my house number and road was left off so it took a bit of investigating. Excellent customer service.
