Fahren is a family run business supplying smart technology boiling water taps at affordable prices. Our mission is to manufacture and supply products with exceptional quality, chic design and safety. All our products are efficient and sustainable for our environment. There is no more waiting around for the kettle to boil and no more realising there’s not enough water in the kettle. You can fill your cup or pan directly from the tap saving you sufficient time. Boiling hot water taps mean streamlined worktops and these taps can dispense either cold and boiling water; cold, hot and boiling (or nearly boiling) water; or cold filtered water, mains cold and hot water, and boiling water. This means you can have one tap to replace not just the kettle but traditional kitchen taps, too. Perfect if you're designing a minimalist, contemporary kitchen or have little worktop space in a small kitchen.

Delivery was swift and I love the look
Delivery was swift and I love the look, design and efficiency of this air fryer.
Unfortunately, the glass drawer cracked whilst washing it up after about 6 weeks.
However, after a fairly lengthy WhatsApp conversation, it was replaced just in time for my birthday so all's well that ends well!
Thank you Fahren UK, you have another very happy customer..

Waited ages for mushroom colour one to be in stock. Eventually after 2 months I ordered one. Than chased its delivery to be told it’s not being released because my pay Paypal payment not being released, I didn’t pay by Paypal. Than received a email saying they don’t have a mushroom colour one. So the whole episode was time consuming & wasted.
I have now ordered a ninja glass air fryer.
Kind regards.

Hi Nicky,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been after waiting so long for the mushroom colour to become available. While it was out of stock for an extended period, we did have one unit become available again. Unfortunately, due to high demand, it was purchased by another customer shortly before your order was processed.
We apologise for the confusion around the payment method — this was an internal error on our side, and we’re actively working to prevent similar issues from happening again.
We truly appreciate your patience and are sorry we couldn’t fulfil your order as hoped. While we’re disappointed we couldn’t provide you with the product this time, we’re glad you found a suitable alternative and hope you’ll consider us again in the future.

6 months after install the chillbox has stopped working. Was promised a replacement 12 days ago but it’s not been dispatched yet. Takes days to get a reply to any messages chasing the replacement part. Genuinely wondering if this company is going under, the service is so bad.

Non-toxic Airfryer
The product is great but the temperature only goes up to 180c and no cookbook so no idea how to use it.
I’ve emailed them so far so response.
A trifle disappointed.

Not an entirely happy customer
I've had my Fahren UK Air-fryer for a week and a bit now. It arrived promptly after ordering and was well packed, so arrived in perfect condition. It's attractive and would fit well into any kitchen, and is light enough to lift in and out of a cupboard for storage.
Sadly I've only given 3 stars since the maximum cooking temperature available is 180°C. This means that dishes such as baked potatoes, which ideally need a higher temperature, take longer than one would like and fail to deliver the crisp skin one hopes for. I am curious to know why it was not possible to design the device to achieve higher temperatures, as this is a definite weakness. I also don't feel this is explained sufficiently in the information available on the web site, which claims that the "air fryer uses ultra-hot air" to cook the food. Claiming 180°C is "ultra hot" is a bit of a stretch, when ordinary ovens typically go up to 240°C!

Hi Tony],
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed review! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that your Fahren UK Air Fryer arrived promptly and in perfect condition — and that it’s already found a stylish spot in your kitchen! 😊
We really appreciate your honest feedback about the maximum temperature. You’ve raised a great point, and we completely understand how important that crisp baked potato skin can be! While our air fryer is designed to be energy-efficient and safe while still delivering delicious results at 180°C, we do recognize that some dishes benefit from higher heat — and we're constantly working on ways to improve our products based on valuable insights like yours.
Also, thank you for flagging the point about the website description. That’s incredibly helpful, and we’ll pass it along to the team to ensure we’re giving customers clear and accurate information.
If you have any other suggestions or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we love hearing from passionate home chefs like you!
Warm regards,
The Fahren UK Team
Delivery of my item was safe and on…
Delivery of my item was safe and on time. The idea of a glass air fryer is for safety reasons ie non toxic however not sure if this is heavy duty due to me being carnivore as I cook in bulk and every day once or twice a day sometimes. I also use a lot of fat and ghee when cooking so wonder if this item will meet my needs. Any supportive response would be helpful thank you

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re pleased to hear that your order arrived safely and on time, and that you appreciate the non-toxic materials and design of the glass air fryer.
Your observations about its performance and durability are appreciated. While the unit is designed for regular use, heavy-duty applications like daily cooking with rich fats can place more demand on the components over time. Regular cleaning is essential to help maintain optimal performance and extend the life of the appliance.
If you ever have questions or need support, our team is here to help. We value your feedback and are glad to have you as a customer.
