Goods well packed but the delivery took longer than expected.

We’ve had a Fahren hot water tap for about 4 years and it’s been absolutely fantastic- probably the best decision in our kitchen - the tap lever became a little stiff to operate - contacted Fahren and they sent out a replacement cartridge which arrived the next day - WOW - fantastic customer service/support
Would highly recommended Fahren for a hot water tap - you won’t regret it

Good service and quality parts although rather expensive

Probably the worst customer service ever received. The tap has already broken twice in 2 years. Each email to the business comes with a 2 week wait for a reply despite a number of phone calls and emails chasing them. I strongly advise against buying from this business. Their product is poor quality and their customer service even worse.

Fahren need to take back their used filters FoC for recycling

Can’t thank staff enough when I ordered the wrong tap for the worktop they sent another without me having to return the wrong one first, order arrived really quickly. Tap and heating unit good instructions and easy to install.

My order arrived on time and it was well packaged. The air fryer works wonderfully, looks good and is energy saving! Overall happy with the performance of the product so far!

Eventually received the right model, and it was worth the wait. Really easy to use despite lack of instructions and really nice to look at. I am happy with my purchase.

Product arrived promptly and was well packaged against transit damage. Can’t give it more than 3 stars because there are no helpful user instructions and sample recipes to help the user understand how to use the product. Searching the internet just makes it more confusing as all air fryers seem to differ. Some helpful recipes please

Really impressed much prefer the glass to Teflon or non stick so much easier to clean. I needed a lower voltage one for my camper and it’s a perfect size for one or two.

Hi I am really impressed with the tap filter I bought , I have recommended it to friends and family!

Ordered replacement filter cartridge 2 weeks ago and not delivered yet and no updates as to when I will receive my order.

Boiler tap was broken and you could no longer get hot or cold water only filtered water.
Fahren provided over the phone help and located part with their dedicated whatsapp messaging app so rhet could identify the exact part. Part was sent promptly and on day of installation provided assistance over the phone again. Brilliant service. Will use again!

Bought air fryer and within a month the glass bowl broke as I removed it from the fryer.Had to buy another at cost of £19.95.Daughter has Ninja glass air fryer and her glass bowls have not broken in over a year of use.Should have bought Ninja Crispi.

Delivery was swift and I love the look, design and efficiency of this air fryer.
Unfortunately, the glass drawer cracked whilst washing it up after about 6 weeks.
However, after a fairly lengthy WhatsApp conversation, it was replaced just in time for my birthday so all's well that ends well!
