I have enquired about several artworks on FairArt over the last few months, and each time the team has been very responsive and answered my questions patiently. I finally purchased an artwork, where once again the team responded to questions very quickly, and the artwork was exactly as they described it would be. The picture was delivered safely by courier within a few days and I’m thrilled with it.

I've purchased two prints from FairArt. I've found that the customer service is excellent- they are fast to respond and eager to make sure you have a good experience. I highly recommend FairArt!

I am so thrilled to hold this piece from my favorite contemporary artist. I had alerts on this series of plates for a few months, then jumped at the chance to bring one home. The care and packaging were lovely. So happy with this beautiful piece!

I attempted a purchase, but I had some very basic questions that needed answering first as there was no detailed description it was inaccurately listed to begin with. After emails back-and-forth over the course of more than a week, they were never able to come through with any proof of authenticity or images beyond a cut off copy of the artist’s original work posted on the listing. I’m grateful that I did not purchase prior to emailing with them. I suspect I would be struggling to get my money back.

I was on the look out for a particular picture and registered my interest with FairArt. I got an email notification to advise a seller had just listed the exact picture I was after. At a great price. I clicked buy now immediately (I mean I am a little impulsive but it’s an investment right!) The process to purchase was super easy. I was kept updated along every step of the way and had contact on phone & email by really helpful members of the team. The (large) picture was delivered very safely all nicely protected and wrapped well. I am super happy 😊 and couldn’t recommend FairArt enough! Thanks guys.
