well I’m a very dubious user of companies I’ve never done business with before however I’m I must say Mike experience with fair art has been exceptional not only was the communication responded to within most of the time minutes and my particular issue needed a pay out earlier than the normal timeframe slightly and they were able to accommodate that also I had absolutely no issues with this company I can say right now that this is a company that I ran by people that care and want the best for all of their customers both buyers and sellers there wasn’t one single negative thing I can say about this company and 1 million positive things but I’m not gonna put everybody to sleep and bore you but just as a new user a new customer of the company for me you have made my faith in the business world the art world the online commerce world more than it is ever have been in a long long time so I appreciate every single person that works there whoever the boss is running it I don’t know but thank you very much from me you really helped me out today and now I’m gonna be able to get married this weekend so thank you and you’re all invited to my wedding

Had my order confirmed for a Q is for Quarters, Peter Blake print, was advised I would be contacted in respect of tracking for the delivery.
My account was debited and after several days of no contact, logged on to find my order had been cancelled without any notification whatsoever from Fairart.
With regret, this leaves me with no other option but to leave this poor review.

Lovely people to deal with, helped me through the process and found what I wanted. Delivery to another country where I am was fast and I was kept well updated, painting is beautiful. High recommended.

Excellent service. Billy Connolly Artwork ordered and delivered within 7 days even over the Christmas period and in good condition. I am very pleased with service with follow up by fair art staff. Who even checked that item was delivered in time.

Everything about this experience was easy, simple and just overall pleasant. I had my eye on a piece and made an offer, and at nearly the same time the website informed me that a new lower listing had been added. I was able to cancel my offer, purchase the lower listing, and with a little communication, was able to have this delivered at my apartment within 3 day. The staff was helpful and kind when I had questions and were quick to respond when I was sending them emails.

Overall fantastic experience. Probably less stressful than storing and eventually framing the piece itself haha.

Wonderful experience being able to monitor bids is quite exciting and allows you to explore how the market is - fair art also bear the end for us both to agree the sale. Cheaper then auction sites and the art is collected from your home.
