I have no complaints about the attention I received from the staff who were very helpul and courteous but I would have liked a more detailed breakdown of what they had actually done with my car.
The receipt simply says "full service.".What exactly does that entail? Did the engine need oil, did the handbrake need adjusting, what else did they have to do?
As a non-mechanical person, this information would have been welcome.

Booked online for tyre replacements. Appointment confirmed for following day. Received telephone call the following day to book specific time. Turned up at depot and car was taken in for tyre replacements. Offered a hot drink. Tyres replaced within half an hour and car driven to front doors.
Extremely efficient service and very friendly staff.
