Excellent service as always from Gavin and his team at Falmers in Corstorphine Edinburgh getting my car MOT carried out. Easy booking process and great friendly and efficient customer service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Having been happy with the garage last year, I delivered my car for its service and mot about 9.30 am and was told it would not be ready for collection until 4.30/5.00. I had booked it in a good few weeks ago. About 10.30 I received a WhatsApp message to tell me that the garage would communicate this way. I thought this an excellent idea.
The man who served me was courteous and polite though somewhat frustrated by a printer/paper problem when he was trying to complete the days business and print off invoices and receipts for all the others who were waiting to collect a car. It felt like the end of a busy day.
My car drove very well and had been given a clean bill of health, and at a very competitive price.

When client bhook appintmet then it is your responbility to do everything.you open a large workshops in the town but you dont have tools.you need to buy tools first.

the initial experience i.e. was good , though I would give the local business to me a try, looked up on line , said they had the Tryes, was offered a booking slot on this afternoon, travelled to the site only to be told , we don't have the Tryes maybe on the van this afternoon, we will let you know , maybe tomorrow,"we tried to call you couldn't get through"didn't try again , definitely no record of attempted call failure ,no email , no call wasted journey and. time , for Tryes that were not available at the time slot they offered, now could be my bad luck ,but an hour of time wasted and fuel, failing to get someone on a phone call having tried once is not good enough when you offered the time slot, we will go else where,no big deal to you to lose 2 Tryes I am sure, but maybe ure best suited to working for the privets e individuals rather a business where time is money , and we have lost money because of you.

They explained to me about everything that was needing done as it was asking for a full service.

First time using the company as a friend of mine had recommended them . MOT and a change of tyres , all good!

My visit on 11th September. My car had failed its MOT on a damaged tyre. I dealt with the manager Brian Maneely and arranged to return and get a new tyre fitted at an agreed price. I returned and asked his collegue to leave out my old tyre. (so I could get photograph evidence of the damage caused by a pot hole to make an insurance claim)

Upon paying the bill, I asked why the new tyre price was more expensive than previously agreed? He just said that's the price! No explanation. So I paid.Then he abruptly told me my old tyre was in the boot of my car. I thought ok fair enough and went to the car and had to lift out the dirty and heavy tyre onto the ground. I could see a tear in the tyre, so photographed it for proof of my claim. I could see Mr Maneely strangely watching me from behind the garage bins. After I had finished with the tyre, I left it on the ground and got into my car. I could then see him walking toward me. He aggressively told me that I shouldn't be checking my tyre and taking photos, and I should be taking my old tyre home with me. I thought these rude and odd remarks. I politely reminded him Farmers should dispose of the tyre for me. He seemed irritated at this and oddly unhappy, that I had been checking and photographing it. He then made innapropriate derogatory coments about me. I was shocked and offended, so I just drove away, not wanting to hear anything else from this person. I was shocked that he would speak to a paying customer this way. He clearly has poor customer service skills and maybe personal issues too. His comments upset me for the rest of the day. I have always visited the Farmers Inchinnan Rd branch with no issues, but would never return to his branch again, or may not even visit any Farmers branch again.
