Hi I ordered tyres after taking the day of work which I loose £150 per day by being off only to arrive at the depot to find there’s no tyres here for me, but I had my mot next after tyres biggest disappointment ever will never use them again.

I could book tyre change very easy online and get it fitted same day.

Can’t fault the staff. Chap at the desk had good attitude and respectful. Booking process was nice and easy.

Tyre change but new tyre not inflated to required pressure. A few miles from leaving the shop I had to pull in and check all my tyre pressures to disable the low tyre pressure warning.

Also, my car was sitting ready for 20min and I wasn’t informed. Paperwork was left on top of car and not returned to completed dookit in office.

Booked in online for an air con recharge, very easy to do.
Called to ask if I could drop my car off earlier as my plans had changed slightly was told no problem. Dropped car off at 11 am and got a call to say my car was ready just before 2 pm.

Initial interaction with female at drop-off was passive aggressive, I arrived a few minutes before my 8:15 appointment to be asked to repeat data I had already submitted in my on-line booking, then when I said I had left my car open to allow me to get my dog, I was told the appointment was due to start now, so I had to hurry up or I would cause a delay to the schedule for the whole day - it seemed like quite an over-reaction and not necessary at all. When I came to collect my car, there was no one in reception, I waited for over 10 mins, there was no bell to ring for attention, so I called the office number to let them know I was in reception waiting to be served. The male who dealt with me said ‘that’s a first, all you had to do was chap the window, you didn’t need to phone’ which seemed like a bizarre way to address the fact that he had left the reception area unattended for over 10 mins and didn’t know someone was in the reception area - meanwhile, my car keys had been sitting on the main reception desk unattended and in full view - I will not use the branch again for leaving my car at risk of being stolen and for the generally poor interaction I received from 2 staff members.

Everything worked as promised and expected.

The reasons for MOT fail explained clearly , and repair arranged and completed quickly despite delay in sourcing parts due to bank holiday .

Only negative of Blackhall is difficulty parking for drop of Maidencraig better .
