Easy to book online, guys were great with me when I had to reschedule very last minute. Called to update me and had my tyres checked and changed quickly and at a great price.

When I dropped my vehicle off (0830) I was told it would take "a few hours" and I would be called on completion. At 1247hrs (4+ hrs) I called to be told it would be next in. I was sitting opposite the garage in a cafe and observed no movement of my vehicle for a further hour and 15 mins, while other vehicle were driven in and out of the garage. Eventually a mechanic approach my vehicle and it was moved into the garage, over 5 hours after being told it would take "a few hours". The job was completed an hour later. I was called, eventually and given the bill. Without any meaningful explanation about any cause for delay. I have no confidence that the work was completed to any satisfactory level. I was keen to give the work to a local firm but disappointed in their lack of professionalism, I won't be back.

Booking process was very simple, guys were very nice to deal with.

The garage kept in contact with me throughout the day and managed to get everything done in the one day! Would definitely use again, staff were friendly and welcoming

I took my car at 12.15pm for mot phoned me 2 horse later with the issues and price said they would try and get it done for that day and they phoned me 10 mins to shutting and stayed there until I got there and picked my car Ross went totally over and above good not mot thank him enough for everything he done for me excellent customer service

MOT was late in completing due to equipment fault, which we accept, but absolutely no communication that there was a delay. Tried to phone several times letting phone ring for over two minutes each time, with no answer. I had to drive my wife to the garage, before we were told there was a problem. Terrible customer service, but on up side, discount given.

Booked my car in over a week in advance. Got a phone call the morning of my appointment to say the tyres weren’t in despite the booking being made for over a week and that they only had one. I said I would get one done and wait for the rest I was told that despite having a morning appointment and being told to arrive between 8-12 that they wouldn’t be able to fit me in until around 3-4 that afternoon

Overall not a great experience for a booking made well in advance and still don’t have tyres looks like I’ll be going elsewhere

Booked online for 3 new tyres. Went up today and all my details were there and the job was done within the hour. I hadn’t realised the opening time was 10am so turned up just before this, it was already busy but the staff were friendly and got straight to work. Excellent service

Speedy and get the work done with lovely staff however, I feel the prices are a bit steep and a rip off compared to other garages. A new exhaust should not be 500 odd quid.
