Horrible Delivery.
Had a package due for delivery on Saturday May 23rd. When I noticed no package had made it to my doorstep I checked the app. It stated that my address was wrong. My address was in fact Correct. I called the 1-800 number for FedEx support only to be told that my address was wrong and that I would have to contact the company so they could contact them so the package could be shipped again. I tried telling the lady that there is no reason for this because my address is correct. I even offered to pick it up but it was no use. I posted a bad review and they called me 5 minutes later telling me that my package would be shipped on Tuesday. Wish me luck!!! Maybe next time the driver will actually look for my address and not assume it's a typo!!!!😎

I have a package due for delivery Thursday May 21. I take off work wait all day. They reschedule it for Saturday May 23. I take off Saturday wait for package. They reschedule it for Sunday! No one has even tried to make contact with me! It said in tracking it was in Weatherford Texas at 3AM then by the end of Saturday it's in Hutchins? Uhhh excuse me i live less than 20 miles from Weatherford and over 80 from Hutchins! And there are FedEx warehouses dotted all throughout fort worth. What happened? Where are your brains?

Notre commande n'est jamais arrivée à destination et est bloquée à Orly. Elle a pu traverser l'Espagne mais FEDEX n'est pas capable de faire une livraison d'Orly à Paris bien que le confinement soit levé.
Nous devons choisir un créneau de livraison, mais aucun n'est disponible. Nous essayons de joindre le service à 15 centimes la minute et n'avons personne au bout du fil. C'est honteux, c'est du vol !!!!

Abysmal service every time I have something being delivered via Fedex it is delayed and/or they lose the package. UPS is far superior.

Terrrrrrrriiiiiiiiibbbbbbbble service!! I had multiple packages delivered within a week. All of them came that was shipped through UPS and Amazon but long behold the package that was sent through FedEx is nowhere to be found. When I ordered my items off Walmart website I was good when I saw the UPS shipping but the one that said FedEx i knew was about to be some bs and it forsure has been an unpleasant experience.
It's alright.
I do give FedEx props for dealing with all my packages with better care than what I've experienced with competitor companies. I won't really complain about delivery time because things take time to get here.
The only gripe I have with this service is that some items that require a signature before leaving the parcel at the designated destination, some of the delivery people are really lazy and leave it without signature and it's kind of unsettling. There are other times when I check and my package says 'delivered' but I check all around my house and mail box and don't see anything.
With packages getting lost/undelivered I haven't had an issue with because companies I buy from are usually pretty good about staying on top of things. However, it is annoying to have to go through that extra hassle when you expect the service to be to your standards with no problems.

Absolutely no service and unwillingness to solved the problem. My order I paid for $111.00 on 4/04/20 should be arrived on 4/15/20. Since then I was calling FedEx multiple times to find an answer. Where my items is? Eventually I was told that I got my order. When I said No I didn’t, they advised me to talk to shipping Co, because they are dealing with them and I’m not a customer??? Shipping Co denied my claim and told me that FedEx informed them that I got my order. I ask for an any proof. They referred me back to FedEx.
It is not Covid19 fault! It luck of responsibility and honesty of people. I never wrote down a bad review to any services, we all the people and may do mistakes, however this one not just bad mistake, they got my money and did nothing fulfill their commitment.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lost 4 packages that I ordered. After being on hold for over an hour to speak to a person, I was told that they could not track my packages even though I had the tracking numbers. There excuse was that they were behind updating their system due to Covid-19, however I do not understand how that could affect their business since their customer service people are working from home. I then finally spoke to a the person who said she was in charge of customer service, her name was Nancy, she said she was the director and there was no one above her. She also could not find my packages and her only solution was to contact the shipper and let them know I hadn't received my packages. These packages were for hand sanitizer for my employee's as we are an essential business and my employee's must report to work. She literally said that "this is your problem". I contacted the shipper to let them know I will not order from them again if the continue to use FedEx. I order many items online and the ONLY company I have an issue with for deliveries is FedEx. The postal system is 100% better than FedEx.
FedEx does not care about its customers
I cannot effectively articulate how bad this company is in every aspect of their business. From drivers who just do not care about your packages to the disgusting customer service. I had a package that was not delivered to my address, my cameras confirm this, yet they claim that it was delivered and signed for. Because it was signed for, Dell would not give me a refund but they could send me another computer in 45 days. This was not acceptable. I called FedEx and Dell numerous times and was offered little to know help until today. After speaking with 3 operators and on hold for close to an hour total I finally spoke with a wonderful woman who determined that my package was delivered to a school more then a mile away. In short, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong locations and then did very little to help. I am a business owner and receive packages daily and never had this problem with other delivery companies. With other companies there are sometimes delivery or damage issues but they are quick to fix the error quickly. FedEx on the other hand is beyond pitiful with there communication, and customer service minus the one women who helped me today. I have spent numerous hours trying to track down my package and FedEx can never give me my time back. Absolutely pitiful performance from this company.

FedEx is the worst worst worst service. DO NOT EVER order from them. I ordered two packages one with early shipment and one without. The shipment without the early shipment came on a day early while the shipment with priority is delayed by a day. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes and the response they gave me was "The driver forgot to put your package in the delivery truck. So therefore it will be delivered tomorrow 8 AM through 8 PM. This is ridiculous. A driver forgot a PRIORITY package. Do not ever order from this service again and if you ever do don't expect anything from ordering a priority package. You will just waste your time waiting over 30 minutes to get a help from an agent who does not know anything. It will only get you more mad because they will throw useless pathetic excuses that make no sense to you.
