Bad Service

I placed an order online for a product which was shipped by FedEx. I remained home expecting package delivery and received an email saying the package had been delivered at 3:09pm. The package was never delivered. I contacted FedEx and the staff proceeded to over talk me to say the package was delivered. I explained I have been home and have Ring door camera which shows no package delivered. The staff accepted no responsibility for having delivered my package somewhere and I am still trying to get someone to respond. Very poor service and I would not recommend anyone ship with this company. They provide bad service and appear to assume no responsibility for errors made on their end with delivering.

The absolute worst

The absolute worst. They keep delivering our packages to the wrong places or not at all because we don't get them, even if the tracking status says delivered. The wait times on the phone are so long and multiple calls have been dropped right when we get through to someone. We are so nice on the phone because we know it's not the person on the line's fault, but it's frustrating. They told us their policy when this happens is to get in touch with the driver and have them go back to the house they delivered to to double check that it's correct. I called Wednesday and they told me they would contact the driver and get back to me by Friday. By Monday of the following week I called them because I didn't hear from them. They said the driver isn't responding so now I need to file my claim to get my $185 back that my package was and wait 5-7 business days for them to refund. The Fedex agent sent me the form over email. I filled it out and sent it in. In the meantime I have to go reorder my package to get what I need. I went to file the claim and now when I called to confirm I did it correctly, the Fedex agent said that the claim got denied because I'm not allowed to fill it out, the shipper has to. So I have to go call the company I bought the product from and get them to fill it out. I am so frustrated! This is so stupid. No one at Fedex can get on the same page with what we are supposed to do to fix this so it's really just a wild goose chase. They messed up, so we shouldn't have to be jumping through hoops ourselves to fix this. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I rarely write reviews, but have nothing else to do while I'm hold for the zillionth time waiting for them to talk to me.

FedEx has deemed us as a non essential…

FedEx has deemed us as a non essential business and is holding 22 packages and will not deliver or let us pick them up. They are sitting in a buildng one town away for 3 weeks! Currently on hold with an agent for 30 minutes. Please do not use this company. The Mayor of Atlanta and the Governor of Georgia have deemed us essential. FedEx is the worst company to deal with.

They are thieves was supposed to…

They are thieves was supposed to deliver a tv i ordered from walmart and i never got it. They've done nothing to figure this out the driver never even left a door tag nor did he have a signature just poor poor untrusting services.

Why isn't there a 0? Not only did Fedex not deliver to me but to a neighbor 2 streets down, they said it was delivered at my front door at a time I was at home watching for them. When I called Customer Service I was informed of the delivery time but told that " oh! It looks like it was signed back into the office 5 hours later"! This was after being hung up on 3 times! My neighbor brought me boxes that had been ripped, smashed and torn! Thankfully the merchandise survived the inept personnel delivering or loading! I am disgusted by a company that once was so great and prided itself on "on time" delivery and keeping their promises! I guess a billion dollars can cause some to throw ethics and caring right out of the window!!!

Lied to 3 times. Cuz I'm sure something else will happen by my next delivery date...

I was told I was getting a package today between 9am and 11am, then when 11:20am came I was informed it would be here at end of
The day, and then 5 hours later I am informed again that I wouldn't get my package until 3 days later then today. I don't know how a time estimate goes from within a 24 hour time frame to a 3 and a half day later time frame? A bunch of liars. And the fact that i live in Maine and the fact that the item is in Connecticut since this morning and there's no bad weather between here and there makes it even more laughable...

First time buying something shipped from them and the last. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My order is currently being delivered…

My order is currently being delivered with FedEx and it is not going well whatsoever. They sent an email saying that my parcel would be delivered Feb 24, it is now Feb 29 and I still have not received this parcel. They are now saying the parcel could be delivered as late as March 6th, even though I paid for express shipping that guaranteed my delivery by Feb 26. I would not recommend.

PLEASE NOBODY USE FEDEX OR PARCELFORCE. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, LOOTERS and LIES about delivery

My consignment number in FedEx is : 788948184995. It was given to FedEx by Parcelforce in UK. FedEx did not deliver my consignment even after 12 days though it has to be delivered in 48 hours.

Their website was showing it was to be delivered until this morning. This morning, we called FedEx india helpdesk and complained about it. They called my parents in India and asked whether consignment delivered and parents confirmed that it was not delivered.

When I check now, FedEx website and Parcelforce website both are showing as the consignment was delivered at 12-Aug-2019 16:30. In fact, it was not delivered at all.

It is a BIG LIE. This company is cheating. It looted my money. It was a very expensive for me. I paid £72 pound for sending just 100 grams weight of documents. They did not deliver on time and caused a lot of trouble and loss for me and now they are lying about delivery of consignment. It is too much. I have not seen this kind lies and irresponsibility in life until now.

PLEASE NOBODY USE FEDEX OR PARCELFORCE

FedEx on 200 West 57th Street NYC NY 10019 has a full Staff that desperately needs to be replaced immediately from their management to ALL staff. I have witnessed various occasions of staff discrimination towards customers and calling their headquarters is useless as they keep their unprofessional staff.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

Worst courier

Fedex was once a very good name in the courier industry but today it is the worst. This is by my 3rd bad experience with this company. Imagine something sent on Fedex Overnight reaching to you after a week. Regular Fedex express is reaching after a week which is lile snail mail! Pathetic!

Extremely Rude/Unprofessional/Arrogant

I am giving 1 star as that is the minimum that I can give.
I was expecting a shipment from Mumbai to Bangalore. On the delivery date, I got a call from the delivery person threatening that if I don't go and collect the package from my apartment gate, he will return the product stating that the person was not available. He told that the package is heavy and he doesn't want to carry the package till my flat.

The best part is that when I called the customer service 18004194343, the reply that I got is to go to the gate and collect the package and they don't care whether my rating for the service is good or not.

Extremely unprofessional delivery staff and call centre staff.

Fedex- The most PATHETIC SERVICE seen by far in Mumbai (INDIA)

It's been a torcherous experience. I had made an online purchase through eBay and the seller had shipped the product through FEDEX(781019796967) on 23rd July selecting the priority overnight mode which guarantees next day delivery but it's 29th today and I still haven't received the package. Also when I made calls to the helpline no. 18004194343 they were not at all of help and have standard replies and didn't try to persuade the matter further. The employees attending the calls show arrogance and do not empathize with you when you try to explain the situation and they make fun of it amongst themselves that they have an irate caller online. No service ethics or code is followed. To top it all up the company gives false information online. They don't send the package for delivery yet scan and put "CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE OR BUSINESS CLOSED" Delivery exception. No one has visited my premises and it is pure lying on the part of fedex, it is all a sham. So many DISCREPANCIES. One call attendant told me upfront that the facility was facing heavy load and that's why deliveries were not made. They escalated my issue to the operations team and also in the Mumbai head office for 4 days but to no avail. The Mumbai facility no. (Where my package is supposedly stuck) provided by the call center agent 022-65340316 is never answered and is of no use. In gist PLEASE AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES IT LACKS CREDIBILITY, TRUST AND IS A NUISANCE! A sheer waste of your own time and energy.
