The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.

Federated Lending made the remortgage process seamless for my husband and I, even during a pandemic. We appreciated their constant communication on where things were at with the entire process. During a time of so much uncertainly Federated Lending really made working with them simple.

Couldn't ask for a better person to work with when it came to dealing with Andy Larson. He's fantastic. He answered all of my questions, was always attentive and put me at ease. I would give six stars if I was allowed to!

Tom, Joe and their team at Federated Lending are nothing short of incredible. They made the application process extraordinarily easy and secured an excellent rate for us. We encountered significant issues at our closing and, due to the determination, creativity and hard work of the Federated team, they got the deal done. This was on the eve of the COVID-19 crisis and, if we had used any one other than Federated, the transaction would still be pending. The large bank on our home sale transaction failed to get the job done, whereas Tom and his team closed our home purchase. Federated has the expertise, experience and resources of a large lender with all of the benefits of a small business that truly cares about its clients. If you need a home loan, you must reach out to Federated - they are simply the best and I give them my unequivocal endorsement! Thank you Tom, Joe and the entire Federated team.

Glenn and his team are the best. Purchasing a house is stressful enough. It’s great to know you have pros in your corner handling the financing. Do yourself a favor and talk to Glenn early in the process. Sleep easy after that.

When we looked into Refinancing, we called the Lender our loan had been sold to, and found out the rates were higher than going back via Federated !
