We recently purchased our forever home and we able to do so because of the efforts and dedication of Tom with Federated Landing. Tom went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seamless and straightforward. From pre-qualification to dotting the final “I” we trusted Tom had our best interest at heart. Our experience was more of a collaborative partnership, than a business deal. When communicating the specifics of the loan he took time to explain every detail in terms we were able to understand, giving us the confidence that we were making the right decision for our family. We closed on our new home on June 7, 2019 with Glenn William DeStefano. The pre-experience of getting all our finances and paperwork together with Glenn and his underwriters was nothing but pleasant and easy to say the least. During the closing on the 7th, Glenn actually drove up to the meeting which was 3 hours North in PA to make settlement with us. That was totally unexpected and a very nice gesture on his part to do, going out of his way to do so. After the closing he drove to our new home with us as he was astonished by the pictures of the home in Zillow and had to see it for himself.

He gave us a congratulatory gift as well for a smooth closing on his end. He said he never had one go so smooth working with two people with such high credit scores.

I would recommend Glenn and his team to anyone!!

At times the it was a little paperwork intensive as mortgages can be, but Glenn and the underwriters were always there to lend assistance. They encouraged us through the process and Glenn was great about forecasting the challenging times of the process. Glenn provided answers to questions outside of normal business hours. This was very assuring to us as first time home buyers. We started the process of preapproval in March and settled on 6/15. We couldn't be happier.
