Tom is the best
I was going through my first time home buying process and things were made simple for me by tom.. He is an excellent guy and explained everything throughly to me. Every minute detail about mortgages was explained to me and there were no grey areas..I got a fantastic rate and I am very happy with them..I will do business again with federated lending again.. Very professional company

Phenomenal Company
I would recommend Federated Lending to any one of my neighbors or friends, and I repeatedly do. It's a small company that offers great rates. However, more importantly, the customer service goes over the top. My application was processed in a timely manner, all of my questions answered in simple, understandable terms. Everyone who helped me was attentive and I truly felt I could trust them to take good care of me. I now have a phenomenal mortgage from a company I have full confidence in. I couldn't be happier, so thank you!
