Andy Larson was great from start to finish with our refinancing process. He was in constant communication with us and was there to help when we needed to secure a few more documents. We have worked with Andy before when we first bought our home in 2012 and again to refinance in 2014. Five star rating each time we dealt with Andy!

Extremely helpful personalized service. The only confusion happened when our loan got sold before we could sign the papers which caused a little hiccup.

Charlie Novak and his team at Federated Lending (especially Beth Cruser) were very professional. Charlie made sure to do an accurate accounting of everything from the start such that there were no surprises at closing and even the amount required at closing was less than the original estimate. He responded quickly, is available on nights and weekends and is always ready to answer questions as you go through the home buying process. I highly recommend Charlie to any interested home buyer.

Great attention to detail. I feel like I got a very competitive loan. There was always someone to speak with when I had questions. Federated is not a cookie cutter shop - I was in the hands of a "team" the whole time. My loan was not your typical loan. Federated even got our closing date moved (at no cost) when an unforeseen curve ball came at us. Thanks!
