I had the same issue they charged me $29 for something I never ordered. Luckily my credit card caught it as fraud and I was not charged.

I ordered a $4.90 pattern. They tried to set me up with a monthly subscription without my consent. My credit card company called me right away. And I explained that I only bought the 1 pattern for $4.90. I contacted Feeding Paws via a link on their website as they do not have a phone that is being monitored. No response. A week later they tried to charge me again for the subscription. Again my credit card company contacted me. I had to cancel that card. I did not request a refund on the pattern since I did order it. Also printed it.

This is a total scam. I thought I was buying a
4.90 pattern and they stole an extra $25.00.

Decided to buy a $4.90 pattern. Got charged for an additional $25 of patterns and enrolled in some stupid VIP Club without my consent. Requested a refund and got nothing.

This site is just as all others have said, the scams these days are sadly what you have to expect from all. What looked like beautiful patterns are just a way to say that you selected a $25 download then charge you $29.99 for a supposed monthly set to dowlnliad.

I never did get the original downloads that I paid $24.50 fow, so will be reaching out to my bank to get my 3 amounts refunded. What a scam!😫

Absolute scam. Embarrassed to have fallen for it. I purchase a pattern for $4.90. A popup asked for a bundled group of patterns for $25. I said no. Thank god I use a payor and did not give credit card info. "Chloe" the owner offered 10% of the $25 back. I insisted they refund the entire $25. So far, no joy.

I ordered 1 pattern for $4.90. The web page asked me if I wanted to purchase the $25 pack of patterns I said no. Then I got to the page to place the order and the $25 was there anyway so I hit the back button to remove it again. Instead of it taking me back to the previous page it completed the order. I never hit enter and the order completed anyway. This is a pack of Thieves that runs this company. The same thing happens to every single customer. Just read these reviews. This company is nothing but scammers and thieves. Do not buy from this company unless you got an extra $25 you want to give them because you will not get it back. They don't care. I only purchased this one pattern because I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and wanted something to keep me busy during chemotherapy while I'm trying to save my life. I explained that to the owner of the company she didn't care she just wanted that $25 my hope now is that there's not some kind of stupid subscription attached to it.
I just found out from reading other reviews there is also an additional charge 3 days later for a $29.95 subscription charge they intend to bill monthly. I went on there website and canceled the additional VIP membership I didn't agree to.
All of this and I never even hit the button to complete the order. This is absolutely a new low for scammers. How can they complete a order when I never pushed the button to send it through. Unbelievable!!!

I ordered a pattern for $4.90. I said no to further purchases. They charged $25 in addition and insist I said yes to the additional charge. I am disputing this with my bank as I will not pay these scammers anymore. What a racket they have going. Also I found the same pattern on Etsy for 3$

WARNING! These people are crooks. I had exactly the same experience as other reviewers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE or else your $4.90 order will turn into a $25 charge and s couple days later a $29.95 charge so you wind up paying about $60 for a $5 pattern!

ZERO Stars, not even ONE. I wish I had seen the previous reviews prior to purchasing ONE Crochet Pattern for $4.90. My experience is exactly what other people experienced. At checkout I decline the offer for the $25 Ultimate Crochet Bundle. I immediately got a fraud alert from my bank and then noticed 2 separate transactions on my account. One for $4.90 and another for $25. I reached out to what I thought was the vendor, but now suspect it was an automated scam response...and was told by the "owner" Chloe that they could not provide a refund on a digital download as it was already delivered. The best they could do was a 15% partial refund or FREE pattern of my choice. I pushed back and was given a 40% partial refund. $10 was better than nothing. Then a week later I saw the additional charge for $29.95 for the VIP Membership which I also did NOT consent to. This is a recurring charge every 28 days. So I had to cancel my credit card to stop this insanity. Please DO NOT buy from this website. It is an absolute SCAM. Lesson learned. If I can prevent one person from not falling for it by reading this review I will feel like I helped 1000. Be cautious people. There are some bad people in this world that have nothing better to do with their pathetic lives. I also reported this site to the Federal Trade Commission.

Thank goodness my credit card stopped that VIP membership nonsense. Nowhere in the ordering process does it tell you that you will be automatically enrolled into their VIP experience and charged extra. Fortunately Capital One caught it and asked me if I made that charge. And I ordered through Apple Pay. I declined it and now have to get a new credit card. I took a look at the pattern. I don’t see that this is a beginner friendly pattern either. I was going to buy it for my daughter for Christmas along with yarn to complete the project but now I am changing my mind. Glad I only lost $4.90.

Ordered a pattern for 4.90. Asked me if I wanted a bundle for $25.00. I checked the no box. It then showed up in my check out cart. No place to get it out of cart. Ended up paying almost $30 dollars. Immediately wrote to them and they said because it's all automized they can't do anything about it. Gave me the bundle for 25 instead of 29.99. I told them I thought this was a scam.

If I could leave zero stars I would. A crochet pattern popped up on Facebook that I wanted to purchase. The pattern was $4.90. Upon check out, before I could uncheck the box, I was going to get a VIP membership that I didn't want or ask for! I immediately emailed, requesting that I didn't want the VIP membership. They emailed me back saying that there was only the charge of the $4.90. I thought all was resolved. Three days later, I get a charge of the $29.95 for the VIP membership! I email again, explaining what happened, and was told that I could only cancel within 3 days!! They purposefully emailed that all they could see was the $4.90! I have emailed them, contacted Facebook reporting them, and will report them to BBB. I am also contacting my bank to dispute the charge. This company makes money by charging consumers for things you never asked for and then based on their "policies," say that there is no return or refund. Even if you never even used their VIP membership!

I'm yet another person that got scammed, although this is more like theft. I ordered a bunch of patterns and my total was $34 something when I went to check out. But after I checked out, my total jumped to $59 something. They SAY I checked a box to add a $25 pdf book to my order, but I did NOT! And like everyone else, got offered a 10% "refund" or I could get 2 more patterns. Why did the $25 book went through as a separate charge in my bank account, if it was part of my original order??

I wish I had looked here before making a purchase thru this website. Like everyone else before me, I too was charged $25 immediately following a purchase for a pattern that was $4.90. I contacted the company and they said they could not refund me but offered. 10% refund or I could choose 2 patterns for free. At this point I don’t even want to download the patterns I already purchased, I do not trust this company and you shouldn’t either!

Dishonest business practices. I said no to a $25 bundle and was charged for it anyway. Company will not refund. They also automatically enroll you in a VIP Club and charge you $29.95 if you don’t cancel within a couple of days.

Corrupt company. They added $25,00 bundle to my order that I did not order than won't refund because it was digital. Now they added another $29.95 to my charge card for no reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a few patterns and then I also was charged $25 for some bundle I did not order. Can’t refund. Then charged $29.85 for a VIP Club or something. This is BS!!!!

The should have zero. I purchased a 4.50 pattern and they added a $25 something without authorization. And since it was an instant download they will not refund. I did not authorize and they stole my money. Will dispute through bank

I ordered a pattern on sale for $4.90. While I was setting up my payment method, they plopped a $25 item into my cart that I did not order, want, or need. It got paid for before I realized what had happened; I saw it only when I got the thanks for my purchase. The owner is refusing to refund my money, so I am going to start a dispute with my credit card company.
