Decided to buy a $4.90 pattern. Got charged for an additional $25 of patterns and enrolled in some stupid VIP Club without my consent. Requested a refund and got nothing.

Bought a pattern for $4.90 and 3 days…
Bought a pattern for $4.90 and 3 days later was charged $29.95 for VIP access that was never mentioned or agreed upon. Very fraudulent business practices.

Incomplete patterns
I ordered four patterns. After completing my payment, there was a popup for a bundle that I did not want but was immediately charged $25 for. They responded quickly and refunded the $25 as I had contacted my bank about the unauthorized charge. I made all the pieces for the Woodland Santa Gnome, but the pattern is incomplete. I wrote to the company to let them know there were no coat instructions in the pattern and they have not responded. I would recommend buying your patterns elsewhere.

I’m writing this update to my review. I have dealt with Chloe. She did send me an updated version of the pattern that I bought that included the coat instructions. I’m not sure if I will buy from them again. I did not like the pushing the membership, but the patterns are easy to understand and were immediately downloaded. Chloe was very nice. I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 3.

over-charged 'fixed' - NOT!
Ordered a $4.95 pattern and was immediately charged an extra $25.00 for a 'bundle' I did not want, did not order. Complained to company, they responded quickly, but only to say only the $4.95 came through, so it should've been all good - except that two more times the auto debit info they had tried TWICE to recapture the $25.00. When I re-complained, they didn't fix it, only said 'it didn't get charged.' My credit card had to be shut down to escape the constant re-charges. Very unhappy.

Charges for items that were not ordered
When I bought two inexpensive crochet patterns, this site charged me an extra $25 for a "Crochet Bundle" that I did not order.
Luckily, my credit card company sent a message about the charge and I was able to cancel it.
Very deceptive and extremely annoying!
