Reasonably quick and easy to install. Fitters were great and it appears to do what was expected regarding speed and stability.

Useful conversation

I phoned up to find how much it was to renew my contract and wasn't expecting another £15 discount - great news! Not looking forward to paying full price next time though!
However, the person I was chatting to was sometimes difficult to hear/understand

The staff both customer service and technical . We're helpful and very patient and polite.

All the staff from engineers to customer's service and tech staff were very helpful. And resolved the problems fast.

What you didnt say when I initially…

What you didnt say when I initially signed up was that after 12 months there is a huge hike in the price for the same service. ! You should make all new customers, when they sign up, aware of the price increase after the 1st 12 months if they combine land-line & Internet!

Had an issue with the connectivity of…

Had an issue with the connectivity of my updated Eero routers. Rang and got speaking to Hanna. She was very patient despite the call taking longer than I expected. I had a prior appointment to go to and had to cut the call short. She explained that she would call me back at a prearranged time. She did as promised and she got my issue sorted. More than happy with my service. Thank you Hanna.

Had a hard wire fault. An engineer arrived within 24 hours of it being reported and fixed it.

Good service

Definitely recommend moving to Fibrus

The Fibrus agent came to see me on a Thursday 14th May and we discussed my options and the difference from my last provider and them. I decided to sign up with Fibrus then, the agent did not put any pressure on me.
On Monday morning 18th May the 2 installers arrived and installed everything in under an hour ( new line from the pole, New Optical Network Terminal and 2 new Routers ). The Installers like the Agent were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. The Installers showed me how to use the Eeros App and where the passwords where for the Router.
I had No problems with either the Agent or Installers and would Definitely recommend Fibrus to my friends and family.

My installation was difficult due to…

My installation was difficult due to difficulty locating cables etc the engineer was so patient with a job that took a lot of time and patience. Even had a hoover and cleaned up after him . Really positive experience.
