Excellent service
The team were very professional, courteous and efficient. The instillation was completed very swiftly and they cleaned afterwards.
The broadband speed is superior to our previous supplier.

Price hike
I've just received my renewal and its increasing to £49.99 from £29.99. The current deal for full fibre 500 is £24.99. Yet again loyal customers don't get looked after. I'm already currently paying more than a new customer but its still going to increase to double their price. I'm so disappointed. And I'm not sure how it can be justified. I'm receiving exactly the same product as them, but at potentially twice the price. The young man I spoke to was excellent though. Great customer service. Its just a shame your pricing has let you down.

Contract renewal
I have been with Fibrus for almost 2 years and never had a problem. Today I renewed my contract for a further 18months and found the process very easy and the customer service lady very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

It looks like nothing has happened outside our house. So far the broadband speed I am getting from Fibrus has been noticeably faster than what I had before. So far, so good.
