Customer service online chat- probably…

Customer service online chat- probably one of the most straightforward online chats I've ever had. Didn't have to repeat myself and my query was dealt with super fast. Plus I was offered a great deal again. Broadband services are great too!

The engineer,Kevin excellent job

The engineer,Kevin, was really helpful and friendly and did an excellent job in anwering any queries we had. The installation went smoothly and we were up and running quickly. The customer service staff also helped resolve a couple of issues we had very quickly snd efficiently. Thanks

It's worth noting that a number of factors can affect the speeds experienced on individual devices, particularly when connected over WiFi. Things such as the device being used, its location within the home, environmental factors, building materials, and the number of connected devices can all impact performance.

Very disappointed with Fibrus

Very disappointed in careless wiring into the dwelling.
Left with instructions what we need to purchase, and probably need more routers, leaving computer and printer not working, giving this was the reason we went with commitment in the first place.
Obviously requiring an elderly couple of 80 and 90 years old to sort out. Would never advise anyone else to go with Fibrus.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Didn't have to wait long 5mins before i got through to someone. Was extreamly helpful i didn't have to ask her to repeat what she was advising me on. The Young lady i chatted with 16/6/26 was so polite and held herself with good character for your Fibrus
