My experience was made great by the time given by the staff to try and explain why I was not getting the speed I was supposed to. Unfortunately my problem was not resolved only a couple of suggestions that might resolve it.

Ease of Connection with the outside world!
The engineer was very friendly and gave me the best options as to where to site the Internet. I made my choice and he completed his task with efficiency, ease and confidence. Clear-up was a minimal amount of dust and Pàdric asked for the hoover.
